3 story, 7 BR house 250 yards from Sedgefield’s clubhouse overlooking the historic driving range. 2020 kitchen renovation. 2021 back deck expansion with brand new hot tub cleaned after each guest. Complete with pool table, ping pong table, & game room. Your kids will love it. Master bathroom has jacuzzi tub. Twin over Full bunks in two rooms means there are 10 beds for use. No parties or events.

No cumbersome check out tasks. My team will take care of it. Country Club is private but public roads run throughout the historic Donald Ross golf course. No smoking allowed inside house.

In old Sedgefield, 3 miles from the Greensboro Coliseum, I-40, & I-85. Minutes to Downtown Greensboro and Jamestown. There are booking approved Noise Aware devices inside and outside the property. These do not record what you say. They only alert us if there is significant noise. There is a 5 car limit at this home given the slope of the driveway. Must respect neighbors at this exclusive location.

This home couldn’t have been more perfect for our visit! We had four families with plenty of space and privacy for everyone! We were visiting Greensboro to attend the National Swim Meet at Greensboro aquatic center. We were back and forth multiple times per day to watch our boys swim and the location was so convenient with plenty of options around for food and groceries! The house had everything we needed to cook dinner and relax at home! The kids had plenty to do! Would definitely rebook if they qualify again next year!

Family retreat

Ideal place for our annual family retreat. The house was spacious and provided fun entertainment with a ping pong and pool table. Plenty of privacy with bedroom/ bathroom space. Drew was an excellent host, providing good communication.

Awesome House!

This was the perfect place for our large family to gather and relax before and after an event we attended. Drew the host was wonderful to work with and he is very efficient. We had a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again.

Excellent house

I stayed here with seven other guys on a golf trip. The house is great. It's big and had everything we could have wanted. The location was great, central to all the courses we played. The owner, Drew, is very nice and very quick to respond to questions. I highly recommend this house.

Perfect for our group of 14. Plenty of room to spread out and find quiet spot if needed. Great spaces for gathering too. The ping pong table and other games a real bonus. Love the deck and serenity in the back. Super convenient to grocery and several restaurants. A great stay.

Golf Tournament in Greensboro

Had a big group of guys in town for a golf tournament and we all really enjoyed everything about the house. Played ping pong and NBA Jam and watched golf. Harris Teeter was only 2 minutes away and super convenient. Overall great experience.

Labor Day Stay

This was my first time staying in a Vrbo property. The home was beautiful and spacious. Our group consisted of 10 persons and the property accommodated everyone comfortably. The amenities were great, right down to the iron. 😊 Thank you for a memorable stay. P.S. Just an FYI, the mattress on the bed in the basement bedroom with the bath is sinking in the middle and was a bit uncomfortable. You may want to replace it for your future guests.

Beautiful area/house needs work

If you love golf, and are OK with a frat house vibe inside, this could be the house for you. Talked with owner after stay, and he is promising to make changes needed. Biggest issues: Carpet was filthy and outdoor furniture was useless. If the owner makes some updates, it would be a much better place to stay. The location is fantastic. Owner seems nice and was open to our suggestions.

Thanks for the feedback. Yes, as pictured, this is a golf themed home at Sedgefield CC complete with video games, a pool table room, & a ping pong table in basement. We have replaced the outdoor furniture and replaced carpet on two levels with other level to be replaced in December, 2023. It does get shampooed every 3 months but you are correct that carpet simply will not make it in a short term rental.

Blessed reunion of 76-78 year old HPU graduates

After gathering at Lake Norman for many years, we have found our new home in Sedgefield!! Phi Mu sisters from Texas to Delaware can fly into the easy-to-navigate Greensboro airport. The house was just what we needed; a sofa that could seat seven and a dining room table that ten could easily sit. The large kitchen. including a table and bar stools, made another great gathering place. Drew was a wonderful host! We are scheduling a October return in 2024!!

Wonderful Mother’s Day Retreat

Our stay was great! The home was spacious and had plenty of in door and outdoor space for our family retreat. Really nice neighborhood. I would rent this home again. Property Host was very responsive, which really made a big difference. It felt like home and that was awesome. There were two washers and two dryers!! 🙌 Overall we had a five star experience!⭐️ A few minor issues: some of the bathroom sinks drained slowly; it took a long time to figure out how to turn on the showers in the upstairs bathrooms (hint: there is a ring on the faucet that has to be pulled down); there were no hangers; the BBQ grill and ovens were not clean; the towels provided were not great. But nothing is perfect.

Swim meet travel

We stayed at this property for a swim meet in the area. It was perfect. Plenty of space. Close to the pool. Even an extra dryer for all those towels. If we travel to this area again we would definitely stay here. The owner was very attentive and answered messages promptly.
