Renovated in 2021 with an amazing backyard in the prime location of Uptown Phoenix! A great place to stay for families and friends. There are 5 bedrooms, one set up as an office with a futon, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen stocked with all the essentials, a pack’n play, a high chair and board games. Enjoy the backyard retreat with pool, bbq, hammock, fire pit, ping pong, and a variety of outdoor games. Close to many restaurants and shopping and only 15 minutes drive from Phoenix Sky Harbor International airport.

Please note that there are 2 video/audio security cameras recording the front yard of the property. There is also a non-recording noise monitoring device installed on the property.

No pets and no smoking allowed!

No large parties! Small gatherings allowed only upon host pre-approval. (Must agree to additional rules and may incur additional fees.) Please inform host if you plan to have any daytime visitors. Quiet hours from 10pm-7am.

Please note: per manufacturer, the top bunk weight capacity is 200 lb and the bottom bunk weight capacity is 450 lb. A queen size tri-fold memory foam floor mattress is stored in the master closet for use in the living room.

Pool is not heated. Please do not touch the pool equipment. Pool maintenance lets themselves in the side gate for maintenance every Monday morning.

Please note, the umbrella in the backyard is no longer available.

Landscaping maintenance lets themselves in the side gate for maintenance every other Friday.

Allow pool maintenance and landscaping maintenance onto the property. (They let themselves into the backyard through the side gate.)

Pros: Beautiful house with a large backyard with several games. Very clean and well kept. Hosts had great communication, and very reasonable move-out processCons: Master bed is a nice bed, but firmest I've ever seen. Wifi is incredibly slow, I used 2 bars on Verizon instead of the house internet because it was so bad. Hot water tank makes a horrible noise whenever the sprinkler system is on.Summary: Highly recommend, so long as you're not doing video calls or watching lots of TV while here

Graduation Travel

The home was perfect for our 4 families who stayed. There was plenty of room and so much to do in the home. We really enjoyed the outside amenities to keep us busy. The host was very proactive and attentive checking in to ensure we were good. The amenities near the home were great. Some walked to Starbucks for coffee in the morning. I would definitely stay again when I return to the area.

Great family house

We had a fantastic stay at this well appointed home. The kids enjoyed all of the activities- pool, giant chess, ping pong, and the many indoor games. Comfy beds and nicely updated bathrooms. The location allowed for easy take out dinners, 2 block walk to morning coffee, and close to the airport for easy access. We had a great time!

Good ol family time

We had a family staycation with some family friends and it was the best time. Got lucky with great weather so we spent lots of time outside enjoying the amenities like the yard chess and checkers, pool and playing yard games, the grass yard was perfect our our outside movie night. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. Amazing stay

Graduation Celebration!

Rob and Tracy's home was just perfect for our weekend in town for our son's college graduation from Grand Canyon College. Our family was with us ranging from 9mo to 33yo. The house had something for everyone! We enjoyed the backyard, the games, the puzzles and more. The only thing that could have made it more perfect would have been a jacuzzi :) The home is very clean, up-to-date and stocked with all the amenities one could need. We made lots of great memories here as a family and would recommend this home rental to anyone! Thank you so much - The Servi's

Awesome Family Space

The home was very spacious and roomy for our family stay. The back yard was so neat, totally different that where we live in Colorado. I would recommend this property for other families.

So much fun!

My friends and I had a great stay here, we played games the whole time since we had so many options! The pool was great, everything was great. It was a blast. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful Place!

My family and I travel to Arizona often to visit family and have stayed at many places but this one has been our favorite! The house is spacious and cozy and the pool and backyard were great to hang out and make memories! This trip was for a funeral and this house was perfect to really enjoy spending time with family during this difficult time. The host was very accommodating and made sure we were satisfied with our stay. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great house - close to the Biltmore

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It hadv everything we needed and more. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook. Bathrooms were nice and plenty of towels. We loved the pool and backyard. We stayed to be close to the Biltmore for a weekend event and it's about a 7 minute drive, which was great. The hosts had great communication and made sure our stay was great! We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in ☀️🌵 AZ!

Definitely the most well-appointed house we’ve ever stayed. They have tons of towels (bathroom and pool), bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, etc) and the kitchen has a good amount of basics (oil, spices, etc). There were even Tide pods provided to do some laundry! The shuffleboard table was fun to have and of course the backyard is fantastic. The outdoor stuff is stored in the shed so some of it was dusty, but not a big deal to us to wipe things down. We left a small electric pump for the floaties b/c I couldn’t return it to Target, so you’re welcome!😄 The layout of the house is nice too. Primary bedroom+3/4 bath on one side and then other three bedrooms on the other side with full bath to share. Open layout in the center of the house. Close to tons of stores if needed. Great communication and quick responses when we had a couple questions. We go down to AZ every year for baseball so will def stay here again!

Great location and home

We were in Phoenix for a convention at the convention center and had a few days before and after the show to enjoy the area. The location is wonderful, not far from the convention center, a quiet street to relax after the show and a lovely backyard. The hosts were super responsive to my communications and helpful in many ways. I would definitely stay at the house again.

Very Nice

The house is amazing from first impression entrance all the way through. Great layout with a lot of things to do just at the house. Great location quick access to 51 freeway and Camelback area. Any issues we had were taken careof rught away.

Phoenix Mom Trip

We enjoyed the stay. Everything was just right. Loved the layout of the house. Everyone was comfortable and we could have family time and private time too. Lots of games to play together, and the pool felt wonderful! Plus the location was super to get around Phoenix Metro area.

Great outdoor area

Tracy the host was great- clear communication and helped out when the wind knocked something over. The location was super close to good restaurants and bars. The best part was the outdoor area where we spent most of the days soaking up the sun. Thank you!

We love that this property has 5 bedrooms so we can fit our large immediate family of 12! We also love the location and the backyard retreat. The home is close to many restaurants, shopping and things to do or we can just stay in and relax or enjoy the pool or play some games.

We love the open concept flow of the house from kitchen and dining room into the living room with high vaulted ceilings. Each bedroom is unique and modern in design, yet cozy and comfortable. Of course, the main attraction is the amazing resort backyard filled with everything you need to soak up the Arizona sun! From the pool and hammock under the trees to the giant chess/checkers, this is the place to be!
