Beautiful and quiet 3rd floor condo on the canal. 2 bedroom, 2 bath, full kitchen, and spacious living room with fireplace. Dining room and bar stools for eating. King bed in master bedroom, queen bed and twin bunk beds in spare bedroom. Sleeps 6 people (max capacity). Extended cable and WiFi is included, along with Smart TV’s in both bedrooms and the living room. Condo is on the canals with a boat slip which is available for people who want to fish or go boating and leads to the intercostal, which has a stair case that comes directly to the condo. 5 minutes from Mustang Island for the beach goers, 10 minutes from downtown Corpus, where there are malls, more eating, night clubs, and much more. Community swimming pool and lounging area is also available to unwind and let the kids get all that energy out (no glass containers are allowed in that area).

Summer Fishing trip

Overall good stay. The condo was in a great location for where we wanted to be. Though the area with green lights near the pool was closed off for repairs, my son and his friend landed a few nice fish just shy of keeper size.

Great Spot

Absolutely loved our stay here! The place was clean and smelled amazing when we walked in. We loved spending time on the balcony and doing various things around the area. Beach is no more than 10 minutes away (we visited a couple of them) and we found plenty of things to do as well as places to eat. Definitely look forward to returning here. Communication with the owner was excellent and very responsive.

Old apartment with nice capacity

This is an well care old apartment, doesn’t expect anything else. The neighbor downstairs is always complaining and nocking on the sealing (floor for this apartment) for whatever noise he doesn’t like. Apparently, the cleaning person forgot to put the towels and left it in the dryer, and also forgot to finish cleaning one of the toilet. Not sure about the cleaning overall. The place around is dirty, not with sand, but old dirt. The old building feels like is going to collapse, the same with the balcony. Overall is a 3.5 for me. The owner is very diligent when you need something, but when I comment about the cleaning toilet he never said anything about it, or gave me a discount.

Corpus Christi Spring Break Couples Trip

We stayed here with another couple for a few days over spring break and had a great time in Corpus despite a couple of cool and windy days. The condo is clean and comfortable and had plenty of space for the 4 of us. Complimentary bottled water and snacks were a nice nice touch! We especially enjoyed the drive on beach at Mustang Island State Park and a chartered fishing trip we took out of Port O'Connor. Having a full kitchen and community hot tub were what drew us to the property. There was an issue with the hot tub not being hot at first but we notified Eric and he got the pool company to address the issue right away which was very appreciated! We did have an issue with the older guy who lives full time in the condo directly below banging on the ceiling our second day. He never came up to talk to us so one of us went down and talked with him to see what the issue was (chatter? Tv? Hanging a light fixture in there and need help?) and he said he hates flat footed/heavy walkers because of the noise it makes in his place but was trying to be "genteel" about it by not addressing this directly. We are 2 married couples in our 30s and not rowdy at baseline, but we truly started tiptoeing around out of respect for him. A couple times we dropped things accidentally after the talk and the passive aggressive banging returned. If you are a rowdy bunch or have kids, you might want to stay somewhere else or listen to his flag pole banging on your floor if you as much as drop sunscreen. We all agreed we LOVED the place but the neighbor turned the stay a little sour through no fault of Eric.

Bachelor Weekend Stay

Eric was a great host who was communicative throughout my stay. The place was clean, the pool was great, and the location is nice. The entire process was smooth and went without a hitch. I would stay at this location again given the opportunity.

Loved the condo, but was on 3rd floor walk up. Stairs and 3 seniors was not a good combo.
