4 Bedroom Bungalow with Outdoor Bar - 5 minute walk to Beach/Center Street!

Cozy and colorful 4 bedroom Bohemian Bungalow is the PERFECT location. The location of the house allows you to arrive, park your car and access everything you need by foot including the beach, market and bars/restaurants.

The 4 bedrooms include 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins, 2 Bunkbeds. Maximum occupancy is 10. 2 full baths (one with shower and one with bathtub).

During your stay you will enjoy the convenience of keyless entry front and back door for easy access. Plenty of free off street parking for 4+ cars. A Large screened in front porch is perfect for your morning coffee a a large screened in bar area under the house equipped with a TV for your cocktails in the evening. You will have a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and new refrigerator and supplies needed to prepare a meal, including a large stock pot for fresh local seafood! The bungalow is equipped with central air, wireless internet and smart TVs in living room, king bedroom and downstairs bar. Cable is not available at this time however streaming services can be used on all TVs. Toiletries, dish soap, laundry detergent and paper supplies will be provided during your stay. Beach towels also available.

You will also enjoy the outdoor amenities including a large outdoor shower, propane grill, and supply closet with extra refrigerator and beach supplies (6+ chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, surfboard, toys, cooler and large beach wagon to transport your supplies).

The house has a perfect layout for one large or two families or a group of friends looking for a beach getaway! A Pack 'n Play, children's dishes and books are provided for your convenience.

You could also consider renting a golf cart during your stay for a fun, easy way to explore the entire island.

Everything was great! Plenty of kitchen and grill amenities and the spot to hangout outside was perfect for when it rained one evening. The host was very responsive and I would 100% stay there again!

Ideal Location!

This property worked perfectly for our group of friends and had everything we needed! The location was close to the beach and center street so we could walk everywhere. The house was just as listed and had a bunch of gear for the beach for us to use.

Great trip to folly beach!

Great property! Comfortably fit group of 10. Walking distance to beach, boat rental, pickleball courts and restaurants/bars. We utilized the front porch, outdoor shower and bar area downstairs. Hosts were very communicative. Overall, wonderful stay!

A Folly Beach Gem

We had a wonderful stay at the Baratz beach house and would highly recommend to any family or group of friends. The location is an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Perfect setup for young kids as it has ample bedrooms, a tv/bar setup downstairs so adults can hang after bedtime, a swing out front for daytime play, friendly neighbors to say hello from the front porch, just an all around great place! We loved it, hope to be back in the Spring! Thank y’all!

Great bungalow near the beach!

Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is small but seems much larger because of how it is set up. 2 bedrooms on each side with a bath on each side. We didn’t cook a lot so I can’t comment on cooking supplies but there are plenty of dishes, silverware, cups etc for a large group. It’s just a nice little stroll down to the beach or over to the town’s restaurant and bars. A really great bungalow and location.

Amazing Beach House

This house was perfect for our trip, the house was really cute and had a good amount of space for 10 people! The porch/bar was so cool and definitely our favorite part. The location of the house is walking distance to the beach as well as some cool restaurants and a general store/ deli/ ice cream shop that’s open 24/7. 10/10 recommend this house, such a fun trip!

Nice Beach House

Great location and very quiet. Short 5 minute walk to the beach and about the same to shops/restaurants. Plenty of parking, we had 3 SUVs on site and still had room. We had 3 couples with 3 kids and the house was a perfect size for a weekend getaway.

Folly Fantastic Find For Family

Rented this great home for Thanksgiving and was delighted! We had a bunch of extended family, varying in age, and the house was well-suited for everyone to spread out & relax. There was plenty of parking space (4 vehicles but room for more.). Location was great(!)—short walk to the beach or Folly’s Main Street where all the restaurants are. There’s also a really neat & convenient small grocery & sundries store, within walking distance, that has most everything and is open 24/7. A Harris Teeter, with everything, is a short drive away, off-island. Downstairs, under the house, was a great place to “hang out”, outside, with a tv and a big, “bed swing” in a screened-in area. We enjoyed the fire pit, as well, complete with lots of comfy, “Adirondack-style” chairs. Front porch was also well-suited for us to just hang out in porch swing, on rocking chairs, or around picnic table. Nice linens & towels & tons of beach towels & blankets (very nice to have on hand!); comfy beds with spongy, luxurious toppers. Kitchen was well-appointed and had with a Keurig coffee machine. There is not a disposal in kitchen so that’s something to keep in mind as you handle food (this was not an issue —just something I wasn’t use to.). Fridge has an alarm that will go off if door is too laden. Showers were great; multiple tvs helped with entertaining various age groups; and owner was very responsive. I hope to return during warm weather; it would be a great, “family beach week” rental.
