The bedroom next to master has a twin+crib, and is decorated for children so you can keep your little ones close by. The two upstairs bedrooms each have farmhouse style queen beds and are connected by a loft sitting area which offers stunning views of neighboring farms and ranches along the Brazos. Enjoy entertaining family and friends in the bright and open living area, serve meals from the deluxe chef's kitchen and grilling on the back patio. 12 minute drive to Baylor and Magnolia. Take the complimentary Kayaks downriver past lakefront homes towards Waco, or upriver past farms and ranches and the untamed ecosystem of Texas longest river.
Tranquil and quiet neighborhood located on the shores of the Brazos river. Most all properties are 10+ acre riverfront lots. We know all of our neighbors, and our neighborhood is inside a horseshoe bend of the river (our road dead ends into the river less than a mile past our place) so it is very peaceful area for a getaway.
No parties or events allowed, reference the house rules for maximum vehicles and persons allowed on the property at any time. The hosts live on adjacent property and monitor all traffic as well as have 24 hr video monitoring for security and compliance with house rules, to ensure this property is well cared for and out of respect for our wonderful neighbors.
