Half of a duplex located in the heart of Tampa, on a quiet street close to the airport and near many restaurants and shops. 10 min to the Tampa airport, Bucs Stadium, & Busch Gardens, and 15 min to the local beach. Great for a private getaway, or a trip to come explore the city and enjoy the beaches!

Experience the wildlife in the backyard and that comes along with the private access to the water. Ducks, birds, turtles, and iguanas visit the property daily.

The space features a large main room, about 20ft by 20ft, with a queen bed, a full bed, and a large comfortable couch. There is a kitchenette with mini fridge, toaster oven, microwave, two burners, and coffeemaker. We also have pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, spatulas, knives, etc. available for guest use. There's also a dedicated workspace and fast WiFi (500 mbps), great for remote work. There is a full bathroom with a large shower. Note that the ceiling on the bathroom is a bit low, so those taller than 6ft should watch their head.

You will love the backyard! Not only is it on a lake, it has a brand new deck with lounge chairs, a charcoal grill, a fire pit with chairs, and a large, brand-new dock. Ducks sometimes poop on the dock; we do our best to keep it cleaned off.

This vacation rental is in the perfect location in Tampa Bay. Not only will you be at a lakefront property in the city, you'll be very close to Raymond James Stadium where the Buccaneers play. You'll also be near the Yankees spring training site. You'll be a short drive to downtown Tampa where you can reach things like Ybor City, the Tampa Riverwalk, Amalie Arena, and the famous Bayshore Boulevard. Outside of Tampa, you are an easy drive to the world class beaches such as St. Pete Beach, Clearwater Beach, and, our personal favorite, Pass-A-Grille Beach. This spacious and relaxing Airbnb is within walking distance to Zoo Tampa at Lowry Park, and close to many other attractions such as Busch Gardens. This short term rental is a great option for any vacation in Tampa Bay.

The unit (Unit B) shares a wall with another unit, so other guests may be staying on the property. Both units have separate entrances and separate doors to the backyard, and are separated by a block wall. The backyard and outdoor amenities are shared. The laundry room is shared with the other unit.

Please park in your designated Unit B spot, or on the street. No cars are allowed on the left side of the driveway in the grass. Your car could crush our drain system.

For the safety and security of our guests, please note that we have outdoor cameras on site. One overlooking the back yard and one monitoring the front door.

In order to receive the entry code for your stay:
- Rental agreement must be signed.
- $300 refundable security deposit must be submitted. In some cases, the deposit will be automatically held on the card you used for your booking. In other cases, we may need to send you a link to place your security deposit.
You will not gain entry until both of those are completed. You will receive links in a message as well as your email.

Basic maintenance, extra sheets, and extra supplies may not be available to you during your stay.

Our handyman or lawn care workers may be in the yard doing maintenance or construction during your stay. They will never enter your private space without permission or interfere with your stay.

Usage of laundry area is $10 per stay.
