This spacious studio features a queen bed, Roku TV, fast WiFi (500 mbps), and a luxurious 5ft x 5ft custom shower. The kitchenette is fully stocked with essentials, including a mini-fridge, toaster oven, microwave, hot plate, coffeemaker, and cookware.

Unit B offers a private entrance and a fully private interior. The home is part of a duplex, so outdoor areas are shared, but you’ll enjoy complete privacy inside your unit.

We may be able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, depending on our cleaners' schedule. A small fee applies for this service, so feel free to ask! Keep in mind that availability is not guaranteed and depends on our cleaners’ schedule.

Your unit, Unit B, has a private entrance on the right side of the house. You’ll have the entire space to yourself, but the outdoor areas are shared with other guests.

Parking is available on-site with 1 space allocated to your unit in the gravel or driveway. Additional cars can park on the street. Please be mindful of other guests and do not block other vehicles. Parking is first come, first served.

Pets are not allowed. Unauthorized pets will incur a $50 per day fee, and you may be asked to vacate the property with no refund.

In order to receive the entry code for your stay:
- Rental agreement must be signed.
- $300 refundable security deposit must be submitted. In some cases, the deposit will be automatically held on the card you used for your booking. In other cases, we may need to send you a link to place your security deposit.
- Picture of ID must be provided.
- All information must match
You will not gain entry until all of these are completed. You will receive links in a message as well as your email.

Laundry access is available upon request for a $10 fee. The laundry room is shared with other units.

We provide an initial supply of essentials. If the initial stock runs out, we recommend purchasing or bringing any additional items you may need.

Please note that we don't provide extra blankets.

Please note that booking discounts apply only to the initial booking and are not recalculated if you extend your stay afterward.

For security and safety, please note that we have outdoor cameras on-site: one monitoring the front and another at the entrance of Unit B.

Our handyman or lawn care workers may be in the yard for maintenance or construction during your stay, but they will never enter your private space or disrupt your stay.

Basic maintenance, extra sheets, and additional supplies may not be available during your stay.
