Cute little cozy downstairs studio. Had all of the amenities that we needed. Hot water, great shower. Close to stores and restaurants and lots of places to take walks. Quiet neighborhood with friendly residents. Definitely recommend for 1 or 2 people. Also, great tattoo shop - Juniper Moon Tattoo!

Good comms from host, sweet place, wonderful location, love the cabin vibes, literally 2 minutes walk from downtown Twain Harte, plenty of parking, hreat bed, clean everything, super cute, well-decorated, old-style cabin meets modernity. Whole place was awesome.

We had a great time! Location is perfect for walking to town and access to Sugar Pine Railway hiking trail along the canal. The cabin was well shocked with everything you need. The power went out one night, and we were able to find a folding portable lantern in cabinet above the refrigerator. I contacted Ryan, our host, and he was quick to get back to us with updated power information. We especially enjoyed Eproson House for food and drinks. We would definitely return in the future!

Perfect Location

Super clean and perfect for the two of us. Cute decorations. Had everything we needed: kitchenware, hair dryer, steamer and more. If in this area again, we will definitely stay here.

The inside was cute and had everything we needed. The fireplace worked well and the big screen tv was great. The kitchen is always a plus. It was gorgeous outside with the snow.

Cozy and Well-Equipped Studio Cabin!

I stayed for a weekend with my dog. We enjoyed how thoughtfully-equipped the cabin is, with every little detail from bathroom amenities to kitchen tools provided. It was even decorated for Christmas! We loved the cozy fire place and also how close the cabin is to the quaint little downtown. We’ll be back!

Well appointed efficiency studio. Nicely decorated. The best shower I have seen in a rental. Cute town. Close to Sonora, Angels Camp, railroad museum. The Rock restaurant veery good for dinner. Quaint, local hangout . Couldn’t be more pleased with this rental. Spotlessly clean.

We loved our stay. It was just the right size for the two of us and our dog, with a kitchen and beautiful bathroom. Cute Christmas decorations were a nice touch and the coffee and popcorn were appreciated. It had everything we needed to cook our own food when we wanted to. The town is super cute and right across the street, with tons of food options and a couple consignment/ thrift stores too. It has a small town feel where everyone smiles and says hello, even the teenagers walking home from the school. We will definitely recommend it to friends. The place is underneath the main house but it was not booked any of the days we were there.

Gorgeous flat

Very warm and cozy stay, the only suggestion is pray you don’t have upstairs neighbors during your stay, our last night was filled with lots of loud banging, loud music, and voices heard through the floors (our ceiling) when we were trying to sleep at 11pm. Other than that very nice, mostly quiet, walking distance to the main strip of town and very cozy stay for two people

A perfect studio for one or two persons. Stocked with everything you might need for a short stay and right across the street from the Eperson House so you get a free concert on the weekends. Downtown is literally across the street. What more could you ask for?

Property is clean and comfortable. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and businesses. Close to Black oak casino. It was a great getaway.

Wonderful anniversary get away

It was everything it was advertised and more. Beautiful little bungalow in the woods. The perfect getaway for 2. I will be recommending it to all our friends!

The Studio was perfect for my husband and I. It had all the amenities we needed for our anniversary weekend. Everything was walkable and close by. The only thing is that the people upstairs were loud till 2am in the morning one evening. Other than that we had a wonderful stay. We would stay there again and maybe bring the whole family and see if we can reserve the whole place.
