The bedrooms offer a desirable split floor plan separating the master bedroom suite from the two guest bedrooms & bathrooms. The bonus den/office space is a wonderful feature for anyone needing an extra space to work however it does offer a pull-out sofa to provide ample space for extra family and friends to stay. This home also offers wonderful neighborhood amenities including a 7-minute walk to the beach and is steps away from the public golf course and tennis courts. The quiet and serene location make this pool home a wonderful place to sit back, relax, and enjoy your much-needed vacation!

Home amenities include: 3 bedrooms + den/3 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 2 Twin beds & pull-out sleeper sofa (sleeps 8), Smart TV's (streaming only), free WIFI, heated pool & spa, fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, garage parking, BBQ gas grill. Pets Allowed (Dogs only). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the city of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 8 people.
