Silver Lake private waterfront home accommodates 11+ people on two levels, each with its own kitchen. Perfect for large or multi-family gatherings. Located on the popular, all-sport Silver Lake. Fully furnished home in Traverse City with expansive lake views and beautiful sunrises. New private dock and floating swim/sunbathing platform, quiet setting with ample parking. Home comes with kayaks, outdoor fire pit area, grill, and plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors, local trails, and sites. The dock has all necessary hardware to properly dock a boat. The home has kayaks to use, but you can also rent pontoon boats and jet skis delivered directly to our private dock during your stay. About 10 minutes to downtown Traverse City.

Mercedes your beautiful home enabled and facilitated Awakening the Moses generation team to truly build friendship and community The kitchen the bedroom is the bathrooms are all extremely well resourced and of course the view is absolutely all inspiring to God’s magnificent creation. Thank you from all of our team Mercedes. I left you a small gift and a gift bag on the kitchen counter from all of us. I wrote an inscription in your Waiting On God by Andrew Murray book. in which I have written part of the introduction.

We had three couples staying and the bedroom set up and bathrooms worked quite well for us. Kitchen had everything we needed and on rainy days, we were all very comfortable in the great room to hang out and socialize. The dock and fire pit were good for the nice days. There is a concrete sidewalk leading to the dock that the slight downhill approach could be a little tricky. A handrail along the walkway would be a good addition.

This house is BEAUTIFUL and laid out beautifully. The downstairs kitchen makes this a perfect venue 4 families of a bunch of friends (like us). Owners were always available if we had questions.

Wonderful home for extended family vacation. Plenty of room to spread out. Could use some new hot pads and oven mitts. Other than that, house was very well-stocked with necessities and with fun extras (bags game, beach toys). Owners were VERY helpful and great communicators.

Ekis Family Gathering

Mercedes,Everyone loved your home and we were able to use all couches and bedrooms to provide restful sleep for everyone. The wall of glass on the main floor provides exceptional views of the lake. Your home is well equipped in every way - linens, towels, dishware, cooking and eating utensils, etc. Really a grand place. You could actually embellish your listing with a bit more detail such as the fire pit and wood supply, hammock, life preservers, gas grill, corn hole, etc. And all that we needed for s'more was a hit. We had a such a wonderful stay at this house. We had a family vacation and the house was perfect for the 10 of us. The house was very clean and well-stocked. It was great to have a kitchen, multiple bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, and a washer/dryer on both floors. The house had everything needed for a week at the lake, including kayaks, life vests, fishing poles, sand toys and plenty of beach chairs. The complimentary s’more ingredients were enjoyed by everyone. Overall a super vacation week with many great memories.

PERFECT - lake house with EVERYTHING

This home on Silver Lake is perfect. We were a family of 6 adults and 2 youngsters and we had room to spare! It is amazingly appointed and could not have a better location and lake access. It is the rare case where the house and everything is BETTER than the pictures! Mercedes the host was so accommodating and enabled our 1 year old and 5 year old to have everything they needed including life preservers, high chairs etc! The beach and dock's and kayaks made every day fun. The afternoon shade at the water edge makes it great for those hotter days. I can not imagine anyone having anything but the best vacation ever at this home.

Exceptional Property

Spacious home with all the tools needed for a relaxing and fun stay. We stayed at this property for a youth soccer tournament. It was perfect, the girls had their own private space downstairs and the adults enjoyed the upstairs.

Great property

This beautiful lakefront home had everything we needed for our group of four couples. The home is well stocked with kitchen supplies, paper goods and linens. Even the outdoor grill is first-rate and the host has provided firewood for a campfire and kayaks to enjoy the beautiful lake. We loved the location and would come back again and again! Silver Lake August 2024

We have stayed at several VRBO houses and this was by far the best experience we have had. Mercedes was awesome! She was quickly responsive and helpful to any questions he had. The house was set up perfectly for our needs and exactly as described. We would very much consider staying at this house again. Thanks Mercedes.

Family Lake Vacation

Overall the stay was great. The home is set up nicely for large groups with 2 full baths and a kitchen on each level. We were disappointed in the yard space on the lakeside of the house. It really slopes down to the lake so it wasn’t great for small children. I hope that at some point an investment would be made to add a deck/balcony off the lakeside of the home.

Great house and location

The owners are very responsive. The house is stocked with everything you could need. The house was very clean and well taken care of. The lake is great for swimming and activities and its a short drive to downtown TC. Overall there is not one thing I can find to criticize.

Great family vacation

We stayed at this property with extended family, including young children. The host was extremely responsive to requests. For example, we asked if children's life jackets were available at the house. They were not, so the host purchased the life jackets and had them waiting for us to use during our stay. The host also arranged for a high chair and pack n play, and came to the house on short notice to put delivered groceries away after our flight was delayed. The house itself was great for our large group. Everything was very clean and kitchen well-stocked. Ample firewood was provided for the large fire pit. The private dock was very convenient, and we rented a pontoon boat (through a separate company) to use during our stay. It was only about 15 minutes to both the airport and downtown area. We would return and definitely recommend!

The best spot in TC

We had an incredible stay on the lake and I can't say enough great things about our experience! Comfortably fit a group of 10 adults. The amenities (grill, fire pit, dock and lake access, outdoor tables, double kitchens/laundry rooms) were excellent, and all communications with the hostess were speedy and smooth. Great view of the Silver Lake July 4th fireworks from the dock!

Perfect lake view

Beautiful house on the lake with gorgeous Lake view. Lots of room for the 7 of us. Clean and lots of space for us to either sit together for games or have our own time. Close enough to the shopping centers or convenience stores when in need. Property owner was very helpful and quick to respond. We had a great time!

Perfect for our large family!

We spent 6 nights here, and had a great time! We had 6 adults and 4 teenagers, and had more than enough room and activities for everyone. The space is perfect, the location can’t be beat, and the hosts have thought of everything. Wonderful communication before and during our stay as well. Zero complaints and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Wonderful home!

The house was exactly as pictured. Very comfortable for 2 families; would have fit the original 3 families we had planned for with plenty of rooms and bathrooms. The lakeside location is perfect and it was super easy to take the kayaks out and enjoy the lake. The hosts were really responsive and helpful - and I bugged them several times before we even showed up. Would definitely stay here in the future.

Family vacation

What a relaxing trip. The home provided plenty of space and privacy for four families (11 people). Upon arrival we were welcomed with a basket full of goodies and two bottles of local wine. The owners made sure we had plenty of firewood for our 5 night stay; this provided a great way to unwind at the end of the day once the kids were down for the night. Additionally, all the little things that you don't think about needing were there (spices, foil, plenty of cooking supplies, and an awesome grill with an extra propane tank-they thought of everything). The location is perfect for day excursions. We were able to visit many attractions in the a.m. and enjoy the water all afternoon. Would highly recommend to large groups. Thank you for everything.
