Enjoy the comfort of seating around a gas fireplace and a 65” 4K UHD LED flat screen TV with a Sonos-enabled soundbar. The adjacent dining area, hosting six guests, is an ideal gathering space for friends and family.

The brand-new kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring quartz counters, island seating, and stainless-steel appliances. Complete with top-notch cookware, knives, and appliances, including a Nespresso Virtuoso machine, wine refrigerator, Vitamix blender, Omega juicer, Cuisinart hand mixer, 12-cup Cuisinart coffee maker, microwave, and toaster, it provides all the tools for crafting gourmet meals at home. Guest Bedroom 1: Features a queen bed with a plush mattress pad and high-quality sheets (with various pillow options for all sleeping preferences), a 43” smart TV, ceiling fan, with plenty of natural light and its own access to the front patio lounging area via a sliding glass door.

Bathroom 1: Bathroom with shower / tub. This bathroom is shared between both Guest Bedrooms.

Master Bedroom and en-suite Bathroom: Features a King sized bed with a plush mattress pad and high-quality sheets (various pillow options for all sleeping preferences), 58” smart TV, ceiling fan, and a sliding glass door that opens directly to a private seating area and access to the pool and patio. The Master Bath boasts a walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub.

The garage has been converted into an air conditioned game room with ping pong table, foosball table, Xbox, 58” smart TV and a Sonos speaker system; It also has a washer and dryer, available for your use; laundry products are provided. There is also a pool half bathroom accessible directly from the patio area.

The kitchen island is laptop friendly (with built-in outlets), which, together with a WiFi network, makes for a great 'work from home' space.

This is a house for grown-ups seeking a quiet retreat. If you’re looking for a party house this is not the right rental for you. Our home and neighbors are very important to us, so we ask our guests to treat the space accordingly. Renters must be 25 or older. Parents with children welcome.  Unfortunately, the owners are alergic to animals so the property has a strict no pets policy.

$750 Security deposit collected separately by the property owner for stays less than 28 days and $2500 for stays of more than 28 days.

For $80/day the pool will be heated up to 86º from 7A-7P and Spa heating will be available.   These fees will be requested after booking confirmation, but prior to your arrival.

City Requirements:

- All stays of 28 nights or less are subject to City of Palm Springs 11.5% Transient Occupancy Tax and 1% TBID Assessment added through Airbnb.

- Renter must be 25+

- Primary Guest will be required to complete our rental agreement (separate from Airbnb's terms) and provide a copy of Govt photo ID/driver's license.

- All adult guests must sign the City's "Statement of Rules and Regulations" prior to arrival and review the City's Good Neighbor Brochure.

- Palm Springs mandatory 100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-8am

- NO music may be played outside at any time. This includes music played inside that may be heard outside. There is a minimum $500 fine for a citation. If guest receives a citation, we reserve the right to immediately cancel any stay without refund.

- A maximum of 6 overnight guests. 4 additional guests are allowed during the day.

- A maximum of three (3) automobiles are allowed at the house. Per City requirements, make/model and license plates of all cars will need to be provided at check-in.

- No parties

- NO PETS; Unfortunately, the owners are extremely allergic to animals, so the property has a strict "no pets" policy.

- No smoking

PLEASE NOTE: All legitimate, licensed vacation rentals in Palm Springs follow city-wide vacation rental laws to remain in business. These include occupancy limits, good neighbor policies, party-free homes, the collection of separate bed taxes, no outdoor music permitted, minimum age of 25, and an actual contract signed by the responsible renter. This adds an extra step to the quick booking process, but we believe you will find our beautiful Palm Springs property is worth the extra effort. Although we don't make these laws, we do follow them, so thank you for your understanding in advance.
