Beautiful 3rd row ocean view home with private pool. Walk to ocean, food, bars.

Katy’s Dream is a residential home with almost 2500 ft.². It is fully equipped to host 13 guests. The home is professionally decorated, frequently updated and meticulously cleaned. There is plenty of space in the open-concept living room, dining room and kitchen area with seating for everyone. The kitchen has modern appliances and is fully stocked. There are five bedrooms, all with attached baths, and 7 total beds to comfortably sleep everyone. There are 3 covered porches to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze. The master bedroom balcony has an amazing ocean view. There is a private pool. There are toys and games for the kids as well as a pack and play, highchair and bath seat for the younger ones. It is a short 3 minute walk to the beach, the Surfside Pier and several fabulous local restaurants and bars. There is a beach cart filled with everything you need for a day at the beach including beach chairs, umbrellas and toys. Everything from coffee and tea to linens to beach towels to shampoo is supplied, just bring your favorite book (although we have some of those to choose from too!) and your bathing suit! Relax and enjoy!

We loved the house with the private pool. We spent our mornings at the beach and our afternoons in the pool. We had a couple of small maintenance issues and they were resolved right away. We enjoyed this house and would recommend to anyone.

Loved this place!

We absolutely loved our stay at this place! It was the perfect size for our party and the perfect vibe for our group. The location was fantastic, as well, close to the beach and Surfside's community center. We will definitely rent it again.

Excellent, clean home close to everything!

Really couldn't ask for more- the home was clean and in great shape, the owner has really thought of everything. The location was wonderful, quick walk to the beach and several restaurants. We will book again!

Friends Reunion

The home and location was perfect for our 5 friend’s reunion. Restaurants and the beach were all within walking distance, yet quiet enough to enjoy a relaxing evening and night without noise. We would stay there again.

Perfect location and home

We have an extended family of 8 and this property was perfect. We had room to spread out and have privacy. The kids and adults loved having a pool and also be able to walk to the beach. The home was well stocked the host was very attentive and pleasant. Thank you for a great stay and we will be returning in the future.

Beach Oasis for for the family

This property was everything we could have asked for. Clean, updated, open spaces and well stocked kitchen for even the best chef. We wanted for nothing. We had 9 adults and there was plenty of space. The location to the public beach was a short walk. The property mgr communicated very well with us through the whole process. We would definitely rent here again!

Great property

We had a great time at Katy’s Dream. The house was very well equipped & clean when we arrived & we were also able to check in a little early which was great. The pool was wonderful to have especially when the surf & sand were rough or with a passing rain shower. The walk to the beach isn’t bad but I am used to staying closer. We rented a golf cart which was a great option but having to pay for parking each day at the beach was not. The property manager Wendy was quick to return responses when we had no propane for the grill. If you are looking for a place that is a little further from the beach I would definitely encourage you to rent this beautiful home!

Perfect spot for beach getaway!!

From the moment we booked to check out, everything was super smooth. I felt like I was home but only at the beach. The house is fully stocked for cooking but there are an array of restaurants within walking distance of one to two blocks which are excellent. The house is exceptionally clean and comfortable. I’m already planning my next stay!!!!

I am a single mom of teenage twins. I have always been drawn to the ocean, it restores my soul. I used to live in Myrtle Beach and spent time in Surfside Beach. Ever since leaving the area I have been hoping to buy a beach home there one day. I have family and friends in the area and we have visited every year since I left.

My dream of owning a beach house finally came true. The home was named "Katy's Dream" by the previous owner as her name was Katy. Katy is my daughter's middle name, so I knew it was meant to be!
