Ubicado en 356 East Street Agua, al sur de 30A con una vista del golfo, se encuentra una de las más encantadoras casas en la playa de Rosemary. Esta casa bien diseñado tiene dos dormitorios y dos baños baños completos en la planta baja. Esta casa está orientada al este de la calle del agua, mientras que la casa principal se encuentra en la esquina suroeste de Agua del Este y Rosemary Ave. Esto permite que ambos hogares funcionen bien juntos o por su cuenta.

Dos plazas de aparcamiento en la propiedad bajo un cenador cubierto de dos tipos de jazmín le dan la bienvenida a esta casa. Dentro de la primera planta se encuentran 2 dormitorios. La primera tiene una cama litera con una cama nido. El cuarto de baño completo con ducha está al otro lado del pasillo. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king y armarios empotrados y armarios. Hay un cuarto de baño completo con ducha contigua esta habitación. Usted también encontrará la lavadora / secadora en esta planta.

Arriba es amplio y luminoso con pisos de bambú y grandes ventanales. La habitación principal cuenta con una cómoda sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana. Amplios asientos para 5-6 personas. También en esta zona es una mesa de comedor que tendrá capacidad para 6. Un contador de zinc cubierto separa la cocina completa. Una maravillosa terraza está fuera de las puertas correderas de cristal. Con cómodas sillas, una mesa y una vista del océano, este es un lugar perfecto para relajarse.

Hasta el tercer piso loft a encontrar otra vista del agua a través de la ventana de la ceja. Esta planta es la escapada perfecta para los niños. Hay un futón completo y TV en este piso. Gran lugar frecuentado por los niños mientras las comidas se lleva a fijar.

Esta casa se encuentra en una ubicación perfecta de estar cerca de la piscina Coqina ya un corto paseo de la playa. El centro de la ciudad está a pocos pasos de distancia. El paseo marítimo de la playa está a unos pasos de la puerta principal. La casa es lo suficientemente cerca de los greens del este y oeste de tiempo de juego, pero lo suficiente como para estar lejos del ruido.

Great little cottage. Loved the location so close to the beach and restaurants! It had everything we needed. The WiFi was out the first two days and Elizabeth worked to get it fixed for us. We would stay again.

Perfect Girls' Trip Spot

Very cute cottage located steps from pristine sand and water, and very walkable to evening dinner. Precious town and very responsive owner. 10/10 would recommend.

Perfect for family of 4

Great location in charming Rosemary Beach. The cottage is small but a perfect size for a family of 4 with 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms plus a bonus loft that we tried to convert to an office since we had to work on and off during our stay (tip: adding an office chair up there would be awesome!) A few things to prep for your stay - Make sure to bring your own toiletries and beach towels. They provided a small 1 time use shampoo/conditioner and we appreciated the 3-pack of single use laundry soap. There is no salt and pepper or basic "starter spices" for cooking so be prepared to bring or buy your own. Wi-Fi and cell service is slow and spotty just a warning if you need to take a zoom call you'll probably need a hot spot and the loft gets the best signal. The DVD is broken so don't bother with the free rental but they have Netflix. We enjoyed playing monopoly and connect 4 at night but bring a deck of cards.. The property owner Elizabeth was gracious, kind and responsive. The location is awesome and we enjoyed the ocean view from the deck.

Our residence for our second annual Rosemary Beach spring break vacation was the McDonald Carriage House and it was absolutely perfect for our little family of three. It is a rare jewel since it has two bedrooms and two baths ... and the fact that they are on the ground level is wonderful for loading and unloading purposes -- no lugging heavy suitcases up and down stairs. The second floor contains the living, dining, and kitchen area, plus a balcony with an excellent view of the Gulf's amazing blue water! Upstairs is a loft with a twin daybed. The home was clean and well-appointed. Our amazing host, Elizabeth, regularly kept in touch through the reservation process and during the time leading up to our arrival, and she was very quick to respond to any inquiry. Once we arrived and got settled, I reported to her that the Keurig coffee maker was not working -- not to complain, but rather as a report so we would not be suspected of breaking it after we left. A short time later, a Rosemary Beach Cottage Rental staff member showed up at the door with a brand new Keurig still in its box! Hands down, the location is THE best feature of the carriage house. You are steps away from beach walkovers D and E, and you're only two blocks, if that, from the epicenter of Rosemary and it's shops, restaurants, and village green areas. The location on E. Water St. provides quick access to the first light on 30A, so easy in and out.

location and view could not be better! a pleasure to work and communicate with the owner. we have stayed in several carriage houses and cottages in Rosemary Beach before and were very happy with this property and would definitely stay again if our party was the same size.

Great location, major roach problem

Rosemary Beach is fantastic and this carriage house is so close to the beach. It was well equipped with plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, decently comfortable beds, etc. Our family had a great time, with one major issue -- we had to kill 4 roaches during the 3 nights we were there. My 4-year-old daughter refused to sleep on the pull-out trundle bed because of its proximity to the floor and said roaches. I can't say I blame her. We were willing to overlook the first roach, but by the third and fourth ones we were pretty angry. I'm really disappointed that this was an issue, because cleanliness is important and this particular property even charges a separate cleaning fee that is paid separately before arrival. It's very disconcerting to be sleeping in a place that has an active roach problem and that is just unacceptable considering the price this property charges per night.

House was great! Rosemary Beach: A little dicey during Covid

The property was exactly as promised. Very well situated, close to the beach and walking distance to everything in Rosemary Beach. Many of the visitors and even shopkeepers were not masking during this very busy period of spring break which made us very nervous. The beach is beautiful but beware the chair rentals are VERY expensive. ($35/beach chair/day).

Awesome family property and location

Our family of four loved our stay here. The beach is steps away, as is the wonderful town square with great shops and restaurants. We also walked to the pools and tennis facility. The house is clean and bright and the kids loved the loft upstairs. This was our first trip to Rosemary and we loved it. Hope to stay at this property again soon.

Wonderful vacation spot!

This carriage house was perfect! Ocean can be seen from master and den. In a wonderful location, it was convenient to the beach, pool, tennis courts, shops and restaurants. Off-street parking was ideal too. This is a great spot for couples or family with a couple children. Owner was great and very responsive. We hope to stay here again soon!!

Making Memories

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) had a wonderful stay in the McDonald Carriage House. We have stayed in RB for the past 4 years. This by far was our best stay. We loved the location & the size of the house. Very close to beach, pool & dining. We made so many memories on our vacation. And thanks to having a place that was comfortable, roomy, amply furnished with linens & extras and having a spectacular view of ocean! Truly a gem in Rosemary Beach.

More than a carriage house

This is a great find - perfectly located within a short walk to everything in Rosemary, cozy and yet plenty of space for a family of five (kids ages 12, 11, 7), nicely equipped kitchen, view of the ocean, and two full bathrooms. Also enjoyed the master bedroom book nooks next to the bed. We loved our time here. Thank you!

PERFECTION!

We just returned {today} from an amazing four night vacation in Rosemary and I am already online to see when I can rent here again. We have three children {6, 3 and 2} and the house was perfect for our first family vacation. The house is steps away from the beach and a very short bike ride or walk to one of the many pools in Rosemary. The street is quiet, you are close enough to the main street for convenience, and close enough to 30A to ride bikes over to the north of 30A part of Rosemary. The house was clean and provided everything we might have forgotten. There was an outside shower and a fabulous porch for morning coffee with pretty little gulf view. We plan on coming back and staying in this exact location! And the owner was very good at communicating and answering questions. Can't say enough good things!

Perfect is right!

We rented this for our family of 4 (2 boys ages 8 & 10) and absolutely loved it. We wanted to be in Rosemary proper, south of 30a, 2 full bedrooms and baths, and have a view of the water - this fit the bill and then some. The location is the BEST you will find. During our trip, I rode my bike past all the other options I considered and we were SO thankful we chose this one. I could have my morning coffee on the balcony while seeing the water. The beach was a 30 second walk down the boardwalk right next the house which was great if you needed to run back for something. All four pools are within 1-3 min. bike ride or walk - so close that we would sometimes go by one, take a swim then bike to the next one just for fun. Main Street is a 2 min. walk to the west or a 30 second bike ride. We rented 4 bikes as transportation for the week and loved tootling up and down the streets of Rosemary. The layout of the carriage house is great and gave us lots of room spread out for quiet time after a day out. Thank you Elizabeth for sharing your wonderful home with us.

Perfect for small family!

We absolutely loved this Carriage House. It was perfect for our 2 small kids and baby. They could sleep downstairs while we were upstairs - eating dinner, having a glass of wine on the porch, or watching a movie. Plus, if we needed to separate them for naps, we had the loft as an option or it was a perfect play area for the kids. We could not have asked for a better location - 5 mins to beach, 5 minutes to pool and Eastern Green, and 5 minutes to town or Western green. So fun. I love the architecture of all the homes and the calm gulf water was so relaxing. Will definitely be returning to RB and hopefully this Carriage House or maybe their big house next!!!!
