Located Next to the Water on Barren River Lake you can Walk Out On the Back Deck and Enjoy the Hummingbirds Feeding, Watch for the Deer and Raccoons Or Listen to the Many Calls of the Birds. This home is perfect for a Quiet Retreat and is Completely Furnished With a Full Size Kitchen as well as state of the art Appliances. We Supply Your Coffee, Cream, Sugar, Salt/pepper, Cook Ware, Dishes, Linens, bedding plus more.
The space
Our Home Has Cable TV, Free WIFI. If You're Not Trying to Get Away from Everything! This beautiful home has two bedrooms with a full-size bed in one, and a queen size bed in the second bedroom. The living room has a comfy sofa. This Home is Ideally Set up and Designed for Families Seeking a Unique, Quiet Country Hideaway.

The property includes 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, 2 to 5 bedroom duplex apartments, as well as smaller rooms for rent, in addition to the 2 bedroom home. There are sidewalks to all of the buildings/homes, as well as direct access to the lake behind the property. There is a dock available for all your favorite water sports on the water, fishing as well as simply relaxing. Enjoy the swings and patio set on the deck and the swing in the back yard by the lake. It’s a totally different world out here. Come enjoy it!

There are a lot of popular sights and activities within a short distance. Barren River State Resort Park is only about a 10 minute drive from the house and the property sits right on the lake. There are also a lot of popular attractions nearby such as Beech Bend and the Corvette Museum in Bowling Green (about 35 minutes away) as well as Mammoth Cave National Park in Cave City (about 30 minutes away).


If you can think of anything else you may need or have special plans during your stay, please just let us know. For example, you are planning your wedding proposal or just got married and are going on your honeymoon. Whatever your special occasion, you can count on us to help with planning, booking a photographer, or even suggest wedding planners or similar services. Whatever you need we are here to help. Conveniently there is also a wedding venue less than a half mile from the property. Once the rest of the property is complete, we will have plenty of room for your bridal and groomsman parties.

Our construction is now complete so please don’t let any of the comments about it deter you from staying with us. It is a very peaceful and relaxing place to just kick back and enjoy nature at its best. You don’t know what you are missing if you have never enjoyed a nice afternoon or night in the country looking at the stars and watching the animals who wonder into the yard on occasion. THIS RENTAL DOES NOT ALLOW PETS. ALONG WITH NO SMOKING INSIDE THE PROPERTY. THERE ARE NO STEPS TO THE DOCK. DOCK IS OUT OF SERVICE. IT IS NOT USABLE.
