Step into this coastal paradise at Pelican Beach Resort 1105, a stunning beachfront condo that effortlessly combines comfort and style. Nestled in the heart of Destin, this one-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat offers a serene escape for up to six guests. As you enter, you're greeted by a modern, open-concept living space featuring a plush king bed in the primary bedroom, a cozy sofa sleeper, and a bunk bed in the hallway, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to rest. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you need, from a dishwasher to a standard coffee maker, so you can whip up delicious meals with ease.
The spacious private balcony offers a place to take in the breathtaking ocean views and fresh Gulf breezes, a perfect spot to unwind with a book or simply soak up the sun. The resort itself is a haven of amenities, including multiple community pools, a zero-entry pool, a fitness room, and a community gas grill for those al fresco dining experiences. Enjoy evening dips in the heated outdoor spa or challenge friends to a game on the pickleball court.
Just a short stroll away, you'll find yourself in the vibrant heart of Destin. Discover local treasures like the Destin History and Fishing Museum, savor fresh seafood at Crab Island, or explore the stunning trails of Destin's beaches. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
This property comes with 2 parking spaces.
We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
