Note for bookings through Dec of 2025 there is concrete restoration in the building, parts of the building will be closed off and noisy due to ongoing construction, the condo remains available during this period.

ALSO NOTE Camera outside the Unit allows monitoring accuracy of booking. If the number of guests or ages (21 or above for primary guest) is not disclosed properly, the booking will be canceled, and an additional fee will apply.

When booking more than 4 guests you will be charged an extra $20 to the overall price per additional person up to 6.

Nice Condo with great views. The only issue we had was not being able to connect to the WI-FI . The host was quick to respond & very helpful.

Wonderful stay in Daytona Beach

The location was perfect for us and we really enjoyed the beach access. The host provided many beach tours and chairs and even an umbrella that really made our beach day enjoyable. The host was so friendly. Thank you so much!

Very nice condo!

Beautiful condo that was perfect for our stay! Plenty of room, wonderful amenities! The parking garage and extra beach stuff included in garage were added bonuses! No need to purchase anything extra. Property owner was easy to contact & replied right away when I had questions.

Really nice...but...

We enjoyed so many things about this rental. Location, ocean, the beds, the kitchen, the ROKU, the balcony. If you are renting in 2025, you must realize that part of the bulding (the part where this unit was) is still under construction. They have scaffolding around the building and M-F they are working on the exterior and it is loud. So loud it sounds like they are IN your condo. If you have children that need naps you definitelyneed to talk to your Property Manager. Finally, our Property Manager was the best. We had a few other issues/questions and she was the best PM we have ever had.

Still Under Repair from 2022 Hurricane

VRBO sent check-in instructions four days before our arrival. This information was different from the actual check-in. Please update. This building is still being renovated from hurricane damage in 2022 (per the locals). From 8 am-5 pm you will have loud construction noise. Scaffolding will be going up and down the outside of the building throughout the day; workers wave to you through the windows. The pool was not warm at all. The unit was clean. Building is secure, neighborhood appears safe. Daytona Beach is recovering and they need tourists. Overall rating 3 stars out of 5.

Avoid

The Condo was dirty under both beds in both bedrooms were disgusting, Sofa and carpets both needed cleaned. The blinds in all rooms were completely junk and need replaced.Mattress in Master bedroom just kept sliding off the bed to one side..stayed for 13 days they furnished 4 total rolls of toilet paper and only enough towels to shower once 4 of us then had to continue to wash them 1.25 to wash and 1.25 to dry..if you like a lot of drunks then this is ur place. The pool is also not heated as stated,homeless people begging at the property and using the construction workers bathroom facilities (out house).Do not recommend if you have children a lot of partying.they charge a cleaning fee and that’s a joke place was not clean at all.

Not as described

The condominium was built in the early 1970’s and has had little to no exterior upgrades. Construction started at 7am to repair the patio damages on the East side of the building interrupting everyone’s sleep. The unit that I booked looked fabulous online, however it was a bait and switch from hell. Now I know why all the photos had a slight blur filter in them. The place was completely nasty. Imagine walking on a sticky floor with food crumbs latching to your feet. The smell of the place was equates to the nursing home my great grandmother lived. The beds were like boards and the bed coverings looked like they had not been washed in years. There was hair in the sheets and mold in the guest bathroom shower door jamb. Experience was horrible. My family and I booked a 5 night stay but left after the 1st night.

Birthday get away

My only complaint there was construction and couldn’t enjoy the balcony and couldn’t sleep in but the room was great the view was great

We loved the view and the apartment's layout. Also appreciated the covered garage for parking! There were always plenty of lounge chairs around the pool.
