Immaculately maintained on one of the most desirable shorelines of Lake Tippecanoe. Sandy lake bottom provides the perfect spot for swimming and floating and also be witness to the sunsets that will take your breath away from this location. About 40ft of lakefront living along with a spacious deck provides a great space to spend the warmer days of summer. Inside the 2,176 sq. ft. home, you will find 3 bedrooms with queen beds, and 3 full baths with open concept living. Large couches allow to sleep up to 3 additional people. Enjoy lake views right from the kitchen, dining room, and great room. On the main level is a master bedroom suite, the laundry room and 2 full baths. Continuing to the upper level - this level includes 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 full bath and a very large family room which features lake views and a balcony. New poly-lumber and wicker exterior furniture, washer and dryer and gas grill. New beds and well-equipped kitchen. Lake Tippecanoe is an all sports lake that is Indiana's Deepest Natural Glacier Made Lake- Create memories to last a lifetime here-Lake Tippecanoe- A great place to rent.

Peaceful wonderful lake view & sunsets

Location was great! Lakefront & everything the owner listed & more. Enjoyed boat rental, fishing & swimming plus the large deck with ample seating. We would rent this place again!

Great Place to Stay

Great comfortable lake house with great lake frontage. Close to restaurants and grocery store. Enjoyed morning coffee on the deck and evening sunsets.

Fantastic host & location!

We could not be more pleased with this property and the communication with the host. The home had the sweetest welcoming gift basket and all the amenities needed. If there were any questions our host responded immediately! We look forward to staying again!

This lake house was very nice and provided a wonderful vacation for our family! The kitchen was clearly marked where to locate items and easy to prepare and cook meals in. We made homemade cookies, brownies and strawberry pies! The views from the pier and deck and inside windows were incredible! We rented kayaks and were able to put in water from pier for some lake exploring. We also enjoyed fishing off the end of pier. Very peaceful and enjoyable stay. The owners were very responsive with answering our questions and providing direction when requested. Highly recommend!

Amazing Stay

This place was amazing. It was soooo beautiful and peaceful! The place looked exactly like the photos. It was the relaxing getaway that we needed and more! the house was clean and well put together. Couldn’t have asked for a better place! The owner’s were also super responsive. The lake was beautiful and the fishing was great. And there was plenty of restaurants, bars and thrift/antique shops nearby. Would definitely stay again!!!!

Nostaljic stay

Our family vacationed at our parents' lake cottages on Tippy in the 70's and 80's. They sold their places at that time. This the first time we have returned to vacation there and it was a wonderful stay despite some sketchy weather. Our only issues were that front door was very difficult to open and close, the front door screen was out of its frame and an electrical outlet behind ybe head of the bed in the downstairs bedroom is not attached to the wall and sparks if yiu use the plug (needs fixed now). The kitchen was nicely labeled and equipped with the only negative being stove burners that took forever to warm. Also, I forgot one other very significant thing and that is the deck table needs an umbrella. It is unusable on a clear, hot day. It would also be nice to have a screen between neighbors deck to the east and this one. Felt like you were sitting at tables in the same restaurant. Overall for the most part a comfortable, well equipped place which we enjoyed.
