Three bedroom. One with a queen sized bed that is on the second story, which has a view of the lake that will want to make you stay in bed. The 2nd bedroom has a full size bed plus a bunk bed with a trundle bed which offers plenty of sleeping areas. The 3rd bedroom is large with a king size bed. 1.5 bath. Lakefront home with open concept living and kitchen areas. Large yard to play games, or just read a book under the huge tree on the lakefront. The sandy swimming lake bottom is what makes this home the one you want to stay at. Sleeps 11. Plenty of overflow parking. Pick up walking trails around the lake. Great side of the lake.

Beautiful spot on the lake!

Great gathering place and lake house for guests at our wedding. Tam is great with communication, and the views are amazing. Highly recommend!

Fun on Wawasee

Our family group of 6 had a wonderful time on the north shore of Lake Wawasee. Great views from the shore and pier - spectacular sunsets. This small lake cottage had everything we needed and met our expectations. The property manager, Tam, had easy check-in instructions and promptly responded to any questions.Our family loves Wawasee and will stay here again!

Location!!! And a wonderful long weekend getaway - very pleased.

My wife, two girls and I had a wonderful stay at this property. A very cute long weekend getaway in a fantastic location on the water with a great dock. The water was shallow around the dock and perfect for swimming, and backyard and patio were very cozy and the house provided everything a family of 4 would need for a long weekend, or a week-long stay. The host was extremely communicative which is always a huge plus. Thank you, Tam! The evening walks around the point, morning runs into town, swimming and just relaxing in this quite getaway was just what we needed. Can't wait to return!

Fun Family Vacation

We stayed at the Rosella property for an end-of-summer vacation with family. This cute little house was all we needed to enjoy a great week at Lake Wawasee! She is small but mighty. The layout was perfect for all of our guests and the backyard (lakeside) was an AWESOME area to soak up the lake views with a beautiful willow tree that provided tons of shade. The only thing we missed was a dining table. The house does boast a large kitchen island, but a table for dinners and games would have been a great addition. But all-in-all, a great property to make long-lasting family memories :)

We had a beautiful week.

It was super clean and inviting- with a present of chocolate upon arrival which the kids loved. Very clean, comfortable beds, big pillows, lots of towels - great laundry room - clear instructions and plenty of amenities. Clean gas stove with a center griddle. Plenty of pans, bowls, silverware and other hardware for cooking. Great dock and swimming space for littler ones to play. Propane fire pit- great for SMores and gathering (and s’more sticks are present). Plenty of chairs and your own space on Wawasee - quiet and polite. People always wave, say hello good morning and greet you. Quiet space on the lake to yourself. Only drawbacks for us - no legit grill, just the propane pit (the oven and stove worked for all that for us for all the cooking) and the WiFi was very weak. Not a strong signal. It was clean, kept, and we enjoyed our week there very much. We had 10 people there and we loved the time. It is clearly created to welcome people to love the lake - Thank You.
