DESCRIPCIÓN GENERAL: Esta casa del lago es una de dos pisos, 4 dormitorios, 2 baños casa, con un concepto abierto sala de estar, comedor y cocina moderna en la planta baja y todas las habitaciones de arriba.

HABITACIONES: Spare Dormitorio 1 tiene capacidad para dos cómodamente en una cama de matrimonio mata. Spare Dormitorio 2 está equipada con 1 cama de matrimonio y 1 cama futón. Spare Dormitorio 3 está equipado con un conjunto de literas. El dormitorio principal está equipado con una cama de matrimonio, vestidor y deslizante puerta de salida a la cubierta superior.

BAÑOS: El baño principal está recientemente renovado. Se bromeó con sumideros duelo, encimeras de granito, backsplash baldosas y ampliada plato de ducha. El segundo cuarto de baño está en el 1er piso.

VIDA AL AIRE LIBRE: Usted podrá disfrutar de una amplia y bien cuidada zona de estar al aire libre. La cubierta de dos pisos es un lugar perfecto para relajarse y ver la puesta de sol. La gran plataforma de cemento pozo de fuego es un lugar perfecto para relajarse en una noche y asar malvaviscos fresco. La vista del atardecer es increíble desde cualquier punto de la propiedad. El lote es generalmente plana y cubierta de hierba verde, por tanto, perfecto para un juego de agujero de maíz.

The house allowed our extended family to stay in the same home with spacious areas inside and out to gather. The scenery was gorgeous and the area was peaceful and felt safe.

A great house for the week. Spacious with easy access to the lake. A nice yard for cornhole. A great fire pit area. Love the back patio. A great sitting spot overlooking the lake and drinking our morning coffee.

Well equipped and clean cabin on a protected bay. Excellent quality and quantity of bluegill and crappie in lake. Short drive to a small town with grocery store and necessities. Overall an ideal place to spend time with family lakeside.

Family Fishing Get-Away

We were very pleased with our stay at Sunset View. The host and property manager were both very accommodating and answered any questions we had. We will definitely be contacting them if we plan to stay in the area again. The house was big enough for 8 adults.

Roomy house with great views

A lovely house with plenty of bedrooms and space. The sunset each night is spectacular, and watching the ducks , geese, swan, and turtles was amazing. Convenient boat rental right outside back door!

Upon walking in the door the first time we were very impressed. Nice open concept. Large dining room table, comfortable living room furniture, Large brand new TV. Beautiful Windows all across the front overlooking the lake. The sliding patio doors need some work. The grandkids couldn't get it open at all Great kitchen, pretty well stocked with just about everything you need. Only downfall in the kitchen was the ice maker didn't work. But there were several ice cube trays in the freezer so it wasn't a big deal. Nice deck across the front with comfortable furniture. Gas grill with extra tank of gas worked great. Nice fire pit with Adirondack chairs around it and plenty of firewood. Nice Pier for fishing off of. We paid extra to use the pontoon while we were there and it was awesome. Fired up first time every time. The only thing we missed was having any kind of a beach at the property. But the weather wasn't real hot so it wasn't that big of a deal anyway. Bedrooms were comfortable, master bedroom was great. Nice view of the lake and walk out patio doors to a deck, perfect for watching sunsets. The granddaughters loved the bunk bed room! They felt like they had their own secret hideout! Overall, I would highly recommend this property.

Thank you so much for the wonderful and detailed review! We’re so glad you and your family enjoyed the lake house, especially the pontoon, sunsets, and the bunk room for your granddaughters. We love hearing that they felt like they had their own little secret hideout! We did want to clarify one thing regarding the ice maker. It is actually working, but we made the decision to turn it off after having repeated issues with ice and water being spilled onto the floor. Unfortunately, the moisture was beginning to warp the flooring panels in front of the refrigerator. We provide ice cube trays in the freezer so guests can still have ice while helping us protect the floors. We also appreciate the feedback about the sliding patio doors and will make sure we take a closer look at them. Thank you again for staying with us and for recommending our home. We’re so happy your family had a great week at the lake and enjoyed the pontoon and everything the property has to offer. We would love to have you back! Thank you Christina (home owner)

Beautiful sunsets

My family enjoyed the setting of this home. The sunsets were fantastic. My daughters and I enjoyed the area shopping for unique finds. Lake Webster is more a fishing lake than a swimming lake but we enjoyed cruising on the pontoon boat. We were very comfortable in this home.

Enjoyed our stay over-all... The house needs a good cleaning, mouse droppings under sinks, fire pit was so full of grass and crap and had to clean it out before we could even get a fire going!! The vents/filters in stairs was really dirty and so was the fan in master bedroom...Floors were durty, house really needs a good cleaning... Enjoyed the lake and pontoon tho...

Perfect

House was perfect for 4 adults and 4 kids. Got to see plenty of wildlife in our lake area. Renting the boat was a must. Best way to enjoy a good swim and the larger lake. Fishing was pretty good as there are a lot of spots to try your luck. Missy the property manager was great. Fast to answer calls, text or to check and make sure we had a great time. Had a little issue with a leak in gas line of boat. She got us a rental until it was fixed and was amazing during whole process.

Fabulous Location

This is the perfect place to relax, enjoy a lake view and do some fishing off the pier. And has an added bonus of a pontoon and kayaks available for rent at a very reasonable cost. The bedrooms are comfortable with ceiling fans and soft sheets. It is a bit quirky that the room with the bunk beds can only be accessed thru the main bathroom but it wasn't a problem. We especially appreciated the high capacity washer and dryer and the outside gas grill and plan on returning!

Family Fishing Trip

Our stay was fantastic from the moment that we walked in to the very clean and well furnished home. All necessary supplies were available including towels, utensils and bedding. I met with the owner prior to booking to ensure that it was going to be OK for my elderly Father; John was super accommodating and easy to deal with. We had a fire in the fire pit almost every night and there was plenty of firewood. What a great location and setting. I highly recommend and will be back!

We stayed here for girls weekend. Enjoyed the stay. Only drawback was a scheduled appointment with the property manager. Information shard could have been in a binder so we didn't have yo meet. we did not use the boat so a binder would have been appreciated to avoid having a meeting.

Great little lake, nice house

Unfortunately, we did not have the best weather for our week at the lake. The house was comfortable and fairly priced. The kitchen had a lot of dishes, but no frying pan? The internet service was great and we had access to Netflix, etc., which helped, as we were stuck in the house a lot because of the rain. Missy was great to work with and was very responsive to all my texts, for general questions.

My wife and I both grew up in the midwest. I went to school in Missouri and my wife grew up and attended school near Indianapolis. We met in Indianapolis while I was finishing my degree at IUPUI. We moved up north for work in 2009 and found ourselves drawn to the northern lake life. Within a year, we were making our first joint house purchase. Unfortunately, our work took us back to indianapolis after 5 short years. At first we did not think that we would keep the lake house for many reasons but soon found that we were finding reasons to go up there every weekend we could get away.
