Welcome to our Happy Haven in Henderson Colorado. Conveniently located next to E470, HWY 85 and I-76. Just minutes from DIA and Downtown Denver your Colorado adventure starts here. We offer the entire home with a private back yard ready for grilling. The views from the upper balcony will take your breath away. It's a great place to start your day with a cup of coffee or finish your day with a beautiful sunset. Enjoy a game of pool after a meal in our formal dining area, or head across the street for family games in the park.
The safety and security of our guests and property is our top priority, there are three exterior security cameras on-site: a Ring doorbell camera at the front door, one camera in the backyard facing the short fence, and another mounted above the garage. These cameras are positioned to monitor entry points for your peace of mind and are not directed toward any private or interior spaces.

Property was clean and kitchen was sufficiently stocked with coffee, snacks, plates, utensils, pans. Short on wine glasses (only 3). Only cooked breakfast. Nice clean place and reasonably priced for cost. Could have another king bed besides the master bedroom. Double was small for two grown adults. Top bunk is not an adult bed but more an add on for children of 8 to 15 years old. Would recommend installing a fire-stick or ROKU for TV that way visitors can sign into their own accounts and TV shows. All in all a very nice place and would recommend staying there.

Everything was available at this house. They even left a few treats for us. The host went above and beyond for us. We were having work done at our house and they made special accommodations for our needs. We were even able to have our fur babies with us. This was a wonderful home to stay at. We will recommend to our friends and family.

This was a beautiful home for my family’s stay Labor Day weekend. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout our stay as well. My children called the home “luxury” and enjoyed the games and toys that were available for use. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

Excellent rental & location

We were very happy with the rental, was clean, supplied with everything you need from towels to kitchen. Check in process very easy and communication with hosts was immediate. The house is located in a residential neighborhood across from a park. We enjoyed starting our day with a coffee on the back deck where our view were the mountains then walking on the many trails across the street. Was conveniently located to a lot of sites we went to - Red Rock Amphitheater, Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods. We really enjoyed Golden, definitely stop at Woody’s for pizza. It was one of the best vacation ever! Thanks John & Tamra.

Special Trip

We traveled from Kentuxky for a graduation at UC Boulder. Home was perfect for our stay. Morning walks around the neighborhood were safe and view was beautiful.

Cozy home

The 3 bedroom home was nice for our visit to Denver. It was too cold most days to sit outside but the view of the mountains and park was really nice. We walked our dog twice a day in the park across the street which was very handy. It was clean and comfortable. Thank you!

I loved this home!!If you have kids like me and want a kid friendly stay look no further. This home was accommodated to not only kids (with toys,high chairs,etc.) but adults as well the host was super friendly and easy to talk to.I loved this home

Family reunion

It was the first time having all my children under one roof in 10 yrs. My son lives in Denver and one of my daughters was visiting in the area from overseas. This home was perfect for us to meet and have a wonderful family dinner. The only oversight was the oven was not clean so we had to clean it ourselves. ( not the kind of thing you want to do on vacation). Owners offered to come and clean it if it became smoky. I felt like that would have been somewhat intrusive. The paint was peeling in the main bath tub. Also, the internet connection was not the best. Having said that, we still think the home is lovely and we enjoyed our stay. It was idea.

Great stay!

Contact with the John and Tamra were amazing! Super quick response to any questions! Property is in a nice area and beds were comfy! Kitchen had pretty much everything we needed! Pool table was a bonus. Would definitely recommend and we are definitely going to stay again!

Great house and great hosts!

We were in town for a wedding and to see family. We easily Ubered everywhere we needed to go while being able to come back to this quiet house that had everything we needed. I highly recommend!

Great place to stay and awesome directions/information! No reason to contact hosts….everything was laid out in the book or in emails! Thoughtful baskets of bathroom emergency necessities, extra paper towels, etc. Definitely would stay here again

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay in Henderson. The single family home was conveniently located to Top Golf, the Butterfly Pavilion, the aquarium, and the zoo. Great neighborhood.

Wedding and Hiking Stay

House worked well for 5 adults attending a Denver wedding and hiking at varoius parks. Good central location. Property was comfortable and clean. Owners very responsive. Loved back patio.

Perfection

Communication with the property owner was spectacular. Very quick to respond. The home was perfect and was as the description said. Home was very clean and had everything we needed. The back deck had a beautiful view of the mountains. Next time I am in the area I will definitely use this place again. The owner even sent me a message on the day of my son’s competition to wish him good luck. That really meant a lot. Thank you!
