Cozy Charming Rambler !

This cozy mid century 3 bedroom 2 bathroom rambler is conveniently located in Tukwila, nestled between two major freeways for easy access to Seatac airport (8 minutes drive), downtown Seattle (19 minutes drive), and Bellevue (26 minutes drive). The master spa suite has a jet tub for those who want to relax after a busy trip. Our home welcomes solo adventurers, couples, families, groups and business travelers. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. The backyard provides the ideal retreat.

PETS
We absolutely love furry friends and we know that they're a part of the family. However, we do reserve the right to decline on a case by case basis. We kindly request that you check with us prior to booking and let us . We ask they stay off the furniture and bedding, and that you scoop the poop—because no one likes surprises in the yard. We require a $200 refundable deposit for all bookings with pets prior to your confirmation code could be activated. $100/pet/stay applies.

The property was exactly as listed! We enjoyed the large yard, the comfortable beds, and the open kitchen. The neighborhood was very quiet and made the house the perfect place to rest after long days.

Convenient location

Nice house in a really convenient location. There are lots of good restaurants nearby, a train station to get downtown, and only 5 minutes from the airport.

Enjoyed our stay

We booked this cozy charming rambler for my daughter’s college graduation. It was perfect! The house was clean and the rooms were comfortable. There was plenty of dishes and utensils for our food and the coffee machine was a life saver. We will definitely look to book our future stays at this location. Thank you so much!

Break before move overseas

Lovely property, conveniently located close to the airport for our travle and logistics but also not far from attractions in the city. Glad we got to relax here before moving family overseas as part of a military move.

Perfect for our plans!

This house is in a great neighborhood and felt very safe. It was clean, well furnished, and the beds/ linens were extremely comfortable. I liked that it was close enough to the airport that my son could easily Uber after his red eye flight but that we didn't hear a lot of the flight noise i was expecting. The location is central to several attractions. My conference was in Renton and it only took me about 10 minutes to commute each day. It was also very nice to get a quick little message from Tracy during our stay to see how it was going and offer some suggestions for things to do in the area. We were very happy with our stay and hope it's available next time we're in the area. Thank you!!

Convenient neighborhood location

We were a family of 5 senior adults traveling to a family wedding and this was our first time staying at a VRBO. We appreciated three bedrooms with comfortable mattresses, two bathrooms, living area with large TV, and laundry room. The place was clean and in a neighborhood where we could walk around the block. We were in close proximity to a grocery store, drug store, shopping area, movie theater and the airport. Being my first time using VRBO, I would have liked to have had a way to communicate with the owner the morning of our arrival to see about early check in. Check in time was at 4pm; we arrived in the morning and I was only able to communicate via messaging using VRBO. A phone number would have been helpful. Because this was my first time using VRBO, it was a learning curve on how to communicate.

Pet friendly, yard was much appreciated. Kitchen was well stocked. Comfortable furniture and beds. Thoroughly enjoyed the fall leaves changing color. Hosts were very responsive.

Cosy home with a good location

Close to the SEA airport, Westfield mall and major highways. The host provides plenty amenities so you can stay comfortably and responds to requests very timely.

Very Nice Trip to the Sleepless City

My family got together for my daughters 24th birthday. It was perfect size for a close family of 6. We had a great time playing games at the table. Everything was nicely labeled for us to ID items in the kitchen. The back yard was so nice to enjoy the beautiful weather. We enjoyed the visit and will be back.

Every bedroom is set up with a comfortable memory foam queen size bed. In the kitchen you'll find all of your cooking essentials. Our entertainment system includes an XBOX with 14 games, and 2 controllers! Relax indoors and feel right at home! Board games are available for those days you want to stay in and spend time with family/friends. In the mood for some fresh air? Walk out to the spacious backyard and lounge on the outdoor conversation set. There is even a wood-burning firepit for you to warm up!

Parking is plentiful in the front yard with the circular drive way. Our backyard is fully fenced in and safer for your pets to roam around.

40-minute light rail ride into the city (the station is only about a 5 minute drive away).

WiFi speed is very fast, perfect for you to work from home.

Please note that while our home is a one story (rambler), there are 2 steps to enter the front door and 2 steps to the patio.
