Bedroom with relaxing King bed and a very comfortable Queen sofa bed in the living room. Fresh lines, blankets, bath and beach towels as beach chairs & parasols are generously provided.Electricity ,AC,internet and cable are included. Secure in a gated community the condominium amenities also include: 24 h exercise gym, club house and business center,BBQ and heated pool and free parking.All just steps away from you condo!

Disappointed

I booked this property for my in-laws, who are in their late 70s, hoping for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Unfortunately, their experience was anything but that. The hot and cold water lines were reversed by the plumber, so when turning the knob for hot water, only cold water came out — a significant issue for elderly guests.To make matters worse, the property owner was traveling and completely unreachable by phone. My in-laws tried multiple times to contact her for help but never received a response. Without support and unable to resolve the issue, they were forced to cut their trip short by three days.What’s most disappointing is the complete lack of accountability or empathy from the property manager. No offer of a refund, no discount, not even an apology. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable, and I cannot recommend this property to others — especially for older guests or anyone expecting basic Hospitality.

Everything I was looking for!

Cristina's cute condo is exactly that - cute, clean and bright. And Cristina is unquestionably an exceptional host. I seldom had questions as everything was easy, had everything I needed, and spotless, but when I did reach out, she responded very quickly with kindness and graciousness. The location is close to so many parks and trails. Simply beautiful. I loved my stay.

Our 2 weeks went by without a hitch. Apartment was very clean and everything we needed was there. This was our third stay at Avalon and the best yet.

Great VRBO experience.

This was our 1st time using VRBO and it couldn't have gone any better. Property was exactly like the picture, great location and hosts were exceptional. They answered questions promptly and couldn't be any more helpful to share information about the area and property. Would definitely stay again.

Great Stay!

This was my first time in the Clearwater, FL area. We had a wonderful trip starting with this cute, clean, centrally located condo. We had everything we would want for our 2 weeks stay. Pictures of this condo are accurate. It was fresh, updated, and everything we needed. Christina was a pleasure to work with, and everything was great. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Trip to Clearwater

Very well kept property - very comfortable accommodations. A bit confusing getting through security gates - but we seniors figured it out and all went well. Nice place to stay.

We liked the unit and the location. Close to restaurants and shopping. Not far from the beach. Pool area needs more lounge chairs for guests.

Our stay.

We enjoyed our stay in Christina’s property. It seemed to be newly remodeled and was spotlessly clean! (Which we very much appreciated!) Christina responded immediately when we had a question. She also kindly arranged for us to pick up some clothing which we had forgotten. We would rent this property again.

Exactly as described.

The condo was cute, clean, and exactly as described. Christina was easy to deal with, exact and precise with her directions, and quick to reply to questions. Access to beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, a cooler, and even ice packs made the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again. 😃

The Avalon is conveniently close to Downtow Clearwater, St. Petersburgh, Tampa, Dunedin , Honeymoon Island and Tarpon Springs , areas with lots of attractions and history.
Trails for those who enjoy walking, running and biking. Also you can enjoy water sports, fishing, boating, jet ski rentals, skydive, cruise , dolphins & manattes watch and explore the many opportunities.
Do not forget Clearwater MarineAquarium with famous dolphin Winter from the movie Dolphins Tale.
