This large vacation home on 3 acres has everything you want to enjoy the mountains while surrounding yourself with the comforts of home. You`ll find the craftsmanship of this home appealing, including beautiful balcony off of the entertainment room. The large ceilings and outdoor deck with a hot tub will give you spectacular views of the mountains. The large yard will provide ample room to run. The entire cabin is available for guests to use, except a locked owner`s closets and the detached garage.
The cabin is conveniently located on a large lot one mile north of Donnelly and nine miles south of McCall.
Outside, the home is surrounded by a large lawn and views of the West Mountain Range, Payette Mountain Range, Tamarack Ski Resort and Jug Mountain.
Outdoor attractions like Payette Lake, the Salmon and Payette Rivers, Jug Handle Mountain Bike Trails and four golf course are all within close range to explore, and in winter the resorts boast fresh powder trails and full amenities! McCall and the nearby historic city of Roseberry are simply charming, offering fun for the whole group.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Early check-in or late departures require prior authorization and may incur a $25 per hour fee.
Events/Parties: Events or parties are not allowed.
Pets: This home is NOT pet friendly. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were outside and/or inside the cabin at any point during your stay. In addition, a group with an unauthorized pet might be asked to immediately depart, with no refund. In any event, damage done by a pet will incur an additional charge, whether authorized or unauthorized.
Smoking/Fireworks: Smoking, vaping, and fireworks are not allowed on the property.
Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages and must report them to management immediately.
Courtesy: Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.
Cancellation: We abide by the cancellation policy agreed to at booking.
Home Furnishings: Please do not rearrange furniture.
Amenities: Management has 24 hours to repair amenities.
BBQ`s & Fire pits: Please note that where applicable, outdoor fire pits and BBQs are considered seasonal amenities and may not be available during the winter months due to weather conditions.
Fire Safety: Follow fire pit rules, and guests are responsible for any fire damage.
Off-Highway Vehicles (OHVs): Operation of OHVs is not permitted on the property but street legal vehicles are allowed on public roads.
Trailer/RV Parking: RV parking requires pre-authorization and a $25 nightly fee.
Hot Tub: If this home has a hot tub (not all homes have hot tubs), please follow hot tub guidelines; a $150 charge applies for `drain and fill.`
Wi-Fi: As cabins are frequently located in a rural area, please be prepared for slow/spotty Wi-Fi and internet. Management makes every effort to ensure the Wi-Fi is in working condition, but cannot guarantee the internet will always be reliable, and will not permit refunds due to Wi-Fi/internet issues.
Capacity: Adhere to agreed-upon guest numbers.
Management is not responsible for the following: fires, smoke, algae bloom, water levels of the lake, lack of snow, abundance of snow, changing of the seasons, temperature highs, temperature lows, power outages, rain, mud, ice, etc. We are also not responsible for insects and/or animals (including: mosquitos, ants, spiders, bats, bears, deer, mice, mountain lions, bobcats, any animals that get into trash, or their droppings.) With being located in the mountains, we do our best to prevent these issues, however there are instances where it is inevitable. There will be no refund for any of the above listed issues. Thank you!
