Kona Bliss - Kona Onenalo # 6

Kona Bliss se encuentra dentro de una exclusiva comunidad cerrada de 12 casas independientes en Kona Onenalo, junto a la playa de White Sands, a unos 6 kilómetros al sur del pueblo de Kailua-Kona. Entorno muy sereno en un punto de promontorio que ofrece vistas al mar sin obstáculos.

Esta casa de 2 pisos de 2000 pies cuadrados cuenta con 2 habitaciones más un estudio, 3 baños y 2 lanais. La casa fue completamente remodelada con muebles nuevos, electrodomésticos, granito, baños, y solo se utilizaron los mejores materiales y accesorios.

El lanai inferior es grande y tiene una barbacoa de gas, mesa de comedor para 6 y tumbonas. La gran sala tiene un ambiente fabuloso y se abre al océano. Maravilloso para entretener. La suite principal es muy romántica y tiene su propio lanai en el segundo piso. Suite de invitados también está muy bien equipada. El tercer dormitorio ofrece 2 camas individuales y también sirve como una pequeña área de oficina con impresora / fax, bar con fregadero.

El entretenimiento incluye televisores de pantalla plana, sistema de cine en casa, TiVo y sistema estéreo. Wi-Fi gratis. La piscina y la bañera de hidromasaje se comparten con el complejo.

Excelente ubicación: imagínese despertando en una gloriosa mañana, tomando un café Kona en el lanai mientras contempla el hermoso Océano Pacífico. La brisa tropical te revuelve el cabello mientras disfrutas del sonido de las olas rompiendo en las rocas justo frente a ti. Si estuvieras más cerca, ¡estarías nadando!

Tome una caminata de cinco minutos a White Sands Beach para nadar temprano; Golf y tenis están cerca. Todo lo que tenga ganas de hacer está dentro de un corto trayecto en coche.

Great location. The private oceanfront deck was wonderful. With the pool and the two beaches and snorkeling sites within walking distance, it was perfect for us. The kitchen was well stocked-enough that we prepared Thanksgiving dinner w/o a hitch. Recommended.

Kona Bliss was all that we expected and more. The home is beautiful. The view is stunning. We saw dolphins and whales from the lanai. Every sunset was more spectacular than the one before. Property Management company was easy to work with and responded in a timely manner. Would stay here again.

Beautiful outdoor decks

Fantastic views, right on the ocean, located in Kona. House is fantastic as a base for daytime island adventures with family game nights on the dining room table listening to the surf. Three burner Weber grill on main level deck. Pool in the complex. Walking distance to Magic Sands beach.

Great location, Amazing sunsets, gorgeous property

Wonderful place to stay. The sunsets are amazing and the property is very nice and comfortable. We enjoyed the view from both balconies. The kitchen was very well stocked and the place was very clean and spacious. The location is perfect for exploring north and south. So much to do in this area and then to come back to a perfect home away from home was amazing. Thank you so much for the easy check in and checking with us to make sure we were doing well and not needing anything. Very easy to find the place even after dark. Parking was great, easy gated entry. Definitely would stay again even without AC!

Amazing property

The location could not have been better. Beautiful views and perfect proximity to Kona, coffee farms and Captain Cook snorkeling/hikes. Loved having restaurants and stores within 15 minute drive but felt remote as well. Comfy beds and all the amenities you could need in the kitchen. Extra fans were welcome and house always cooled off by bedtime. Thanks for everything! Hope to be back!

Surrounded by the Sea

This condo has one of the best locations in Kona. It's on a rock jetty projecting out into the ocean. There are views on three sides. The pool was adjacent and often empty. The hot tub was really hot. The landscaping is lovely. And restaurants, shops, and beaches are nearby. In addition, the furnishings are charming, very old Hawaii. You have your own little piece of paradise.

Beautiful House in a beautiful location

This was a great house for the five of us. Overlooking the water, waves crashing. Everything we needed was supplied except for a broken shower handle which was scheduled to be fixed two days after we moved in but never was. Other than that we enjoyed it very much.

The property location is stunning--views and sunsets were memorable. Access to the water for snorkeling right in front of the property was perfect. We snorkeled with spinner dolphins, turtles, and a monk seal. The swimming pool & hot tub was literally a few steps from our unit. Having 2 parking spots was convenient. Property security was well enforced. Conveniently located to most attractions/activities. The property was also well supplied during our week stay.Some things noted:- Very heavy, chunky furniture. Seemed crowded with older, over sized furnishings.- 2nd floor deck railing was coming apart at 2 corners.- Master bath left sink was leaking onto the counter.- 2nd floor extra bathroom sink was slow to drain.- Binnoculars were broken and not usable.

Perfect perch on the Pacific!

We could not imagine a more picturesque location in the Kona area -- the house is literally built into the lava rock that lines the coast along the ocean! It felt very secluded despite being on the main coastal road. We enjoyed taking in the views from the lanai and exploring the tide pools right outside the gate. Magic Sands Beach is an easy walk down the street. We found the house to be very comfortable for an intergenerational family vacation -- the kitchen was well-equipped for meals at home, bedrooms were quiet (the downstairs twin room does not have a full wall/door separating it from the living room, but we all retired at the same time), pool was close by and safely fenced, gardens/grounds are well-maintained. Highly recommend!

Important items to improve

1. Ants and sand in the 2nd upstairs bedroom, throughout stay. The house keepers did respond to changing sheets but it did not fix the issue. 2. Needs a window unit or air conditioning for really hot days. 3. Washer reeks like mildew. The dryer runs intermittent ly. Both washer and dryer should be replaced. 4. Not enough paper towel. 5. Snorkeling was great. 6. Nice beach nearby. 7. Window by the family room TV is a HUGE safety hazard for young children or small adults-NO screen on that windiw and BROKEN locks!!! 8. Screens are warped so that the flying cockroaches get in the condo. Should be replaced. Location is nice. Quiet area on condo property. 9. Nice, uncrowded pool. 10. Ocean views/sounds very nice!

Hawaii Dream

Kona Bliss, exceptional rental. Private & gated. We spent three weeks with our family and friends and it was everything you would expect from a Hawaii vacation. The house was plenty large enough for 6 adults and still have privacy. Between watching the whales off the lanai, sleeping to the sounds of the surf breaking on the lava rock, to relaxing in the pool. We have no complaints. The bicycles were a nice bonus. Used them to ride down Alii Drive and take in some shops in lieu of walking. One recommendation is to take your own spotting scope or binoculars for watching the sea life off the lanai. The optics onsite were not that good. Our 2 month old grandaughter visited us for a week and the rental agent brought over a brand new crib for us to use. Excellant service. Master bedroom was perfect. Plenty space, large private bath, beautiful lanai. Second bedroom a bit small but with private bath. Very nice. The Poke Shack north of property on Alii is an great place if you like poke. Lots of variety. Mia's Italian restaurant south of town. Small and great food. Locals love it. We hope to go back next year. Loved it.

This home was the vacation!

The property complex and home were great. The views were excellent and the home was well appointed. Even though this was a 12 home gated complex, you still felt quiet privacy with a good level of security. We had a delay checking in because the door code provided to the home didn't work and we checked in after hours. Fortunately, we were able to still reach the Kona Coast Vacations staff who provided us with the correct code to access the home. They were very pleasant and helpful. We would definitely love to stay here again and I am currently a hero with my family thanks to this lovely property!

The Views!

The sunsets and views from the deck were spectacular, and we loved listening to the crashing waves at night. The house is well equipped, has the best location in the complex, and the close proximity to the pool is awesome. It’s an easy walk to the beach, a shaved ice truck and a nearby restaurant. The house does not have a/c, and it’s necessary to open all the windows, use the provided fans, and close window coverings to block the afternoon sun. The house was stuffy and hot when we arrived, and it would have been nice if it had been opened up prior to our arrival. There are also missing window coverings in the living area that should be replaced. Other than the lack of a/c, we had a great stay and it’s a nice base for all activities on the island.

Great location

Overall the location was great and the view was awesome. The cleanliness is lacking significantly and the overall age of the property is showing. The home is close to surfing and some shopping and there are many excursions available on the island. We highly recommend checking out the Umamau excursions, particularly the ATV rides, what a blast! David with Kona Concierge is awesome and was such a help booking our excursions!

Stunning location & a peaceful stay!

We had a wonderful ten days in this property, the location can't be beat although this entire complex is wonderful! We never tired of sitting on the lanai and watching the sun set! The kitchen was well stocked and we love this peaceful southern end of the Ali'i Road stretch of many condos. The manager was super responsive to a few questions and very helpful, thank you. We will be back!

Absolute perfection

We loved this place so much! Perfect views from all windows and lanai. Fully stocked, even bug spray and snorkel equipment! WiFi worked well. We used the grill and kitchen a lot which saved money. Loved the pool area. A few bugs but I guess they have to spray for them. This was our splurge place as we traveled over Christmas. We won’t forget it!
