Rating Details:
The property manager was adequately helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Unit needs some updating , rental cost going up year after year , but nothing new in the unit, also bathrooms had a musty smell this year. ( been coming here for years ) Second floor unit directly below was doing renovations, loud banging and drilling sounds, not peaceful.Also not happy about the difficulty of getting a 2 hour earlier check in , unit was vacated the day before, but not cleaned until the day of my arrival and also a last minute repair, both of which could have been done the day before. Response from rental company was : "we have until 4 pm to get the unit ready ", YES, i know that already , but when i asked if i could have early check in , they said they would do their best, so telling me that they have until 4 pm is skirting the issue. Lastly , no consideration for repeat customers.
