Would recommend

Overall our experience was great. The view was fantastic!We did have an issue where the keypad didn't work when we first arrived but the customer service team was quick to respond and we didn't have any other issues with it after that.Also the fridge door didn't open all the way because of how close it is to the counter. Not a biggie, but might be annoying if you plan on using the fridge a lot.I would rent this location again..

Just Wow!!!

This place was awesome. We stayed on the 23rd floor the view was amazing . The condo was just as advertised. Location location location, was in the best spot. We will definitely be back and hope we get the same room.

Beautiful Condo

This condo was perfect. Only had a few small issues during our stay. The door lock was an issue. It locked easily, just unlocking was interesting. And the living room TV wasn’t working when we arrived. The next day they were right on it. The gentleman was familiar about the door lock issues we were having. He showed us how to work thru opening the door. And he got the tv working. Only issue was once he got the living room tv all good, I think all the resets he did messed up the bedroom tv as it didn't work right after he left. I didn't have the heart to call him back he had such a challenge with Comcast the first time. So someone might want to check the two bedroom tv’s for functionality before renting unit again. Our overall experience was a good one. The condo was clean, decorated nicely, the kitchen was stocked with a good assortment of utensils and there was also a good assortment of beach supplies as well. The management company was very responsive to our needs. Great condo!!

Great Property with a couple of shortfalls.

Overall this is a great property. The property was very clean with plenty of space. It was also decorated very nice. The balcony was awesome. The location right on the beach is excellent. Don't have a heart attack though when you first hear the fighter jets doing fly byes first thing Monday morning. VERY COOL! .....but it might want to be mentioned in the overview of property. We found some boogy boards and beach umbrellas, beach mats and pool noodles in a closet in the laundry room that were a nice surprise. We didn't think anything like that came with the property. The kitchen, bathroom, and dressing room area matts were a bit tired looking and could use replacing and the wall clocks are in need of batteries; every room had a different time. The first morning none of the kitchen outlets worked. Had to make coffee in the hallway. Contacted the management via text with a very quick response that they would send someone to check it out. We eventually figured it out on our own seeing that was a 'reset' button on an outlet that we then reset and then they all worked. Kudos for the quick response from management but maybe a note should be made to check the reset button. I would say our biggest 'beef' with the property was that the living room tv didn't have an HDMI cable so the quality of viewing that tv was terrible. The two bedroom tvs had them but not the living room. It kind of sucked when we wanted to have a family movie night on the couch. All in all we thought it was a fantastic property. Very spacious and loved that our teen totally had her own end of the condo with everything she needed.

Beautifully decorated condo on high floor

1. We were arriving a little earlier than expected and I texted to see if that would be a problem. No response. 2. Check in was easy, everyone we encountered were very friendly and helpful. 3. Condo is beautiful and the view is breathtaking. 4. A cushions on the patio furniture had a big slash in it and the rattan was starting to unravel. Texted to let them know. No response. 5. Beach was beautiful. The sand feels like walking on flour it is so soft. We also saw sting ray's and a manatee from our balcony. 6. I am a VERY light sleeper and being on the 23rd floor, the only thing on top of us was the AC units. I could hear it vibrate every time it turned on and off. 7. The 2nd day, I did laundry because we had laundry from our drive to FL. Nice having the full washer and dryer. 8. 2nd night, there was a loud noise in the master bathroom, like a fan was on. We thought it was the neighbors fan. The sound was even louder in the 2nd bathroom and bedroom. It would turn off and on the whole night. GOT NO SLEEP. 9. 3rd day, emailed and called management. I mentioned the couple of times I texted and didn't get a response. Mentioned the new issue. No response. 10. Hubby is an engineer and figured out the noise was coming from the dryer ventilation system. It is suppose to only turn on when the dryer is in use and then turn off when the dryer was off. Called/emailed management again to let them know we still hadn't heard anything and hubby figured out the problem. Turns out they were replying, but for some reason, my phone, or my husbands, would not received their texts. That afternoons someone finally showed up. We showed them the vent and it is going to have to be fixed through the HOA. The management company could not do anything about it, but since hubby knew how to turn it off and on, we worked around it. A little inconvenient, but not the end of the world. We also showed her the few things we found when we got there, she took some pictures, but nothing was fixed. To be fair, we told her it was no big deal to us, we just didn't want to get charged for those things. Day's 12 - 21: No other issues found. We went to the gym several times and it was nice, clean, and the people were so nice. They had a lot of equipment. Wished they had barbells and kettlebells, but I still got a good workout We also liked being within walking distance to a lot of things which was very nice.
