Welcome to our newly renovated home with outdoor sport court! The perfect place to explore Zion, Grand Canyon, Bryce, and all of the wonderful National Forests and State Parks in the area. Minutes away from world renowned mountain biking! We have 3 bedrooms and 2 beautiful bathrooms, including a bathtub and large walk-in tile shower with dual heads, for you to kick back and relax. Step outside with a beautiful Mountain View and enjoy basketball, tennis, or Pickleball at the new outdoor sport court. Stargazing opportunities are incredible as well. Enjoy!
This is a basement unit with its own separate entrance. Outdoor spaces are shared with upstairs unit

Great hiking retreat

A very nice basement dwelling, it was very clean and very conveniently located in between the Grand Canyon Zion and Bryce Canyon.

Trip to Zion NP

Sometimes when we travel, our family likes to stay a little bit out of the way so as to enjoy the drive. It was about a 40 minute scenic drive to the park from this rental. This was a comfortable place for our family to stay, relax, and cool off after busy days of traveling and hiking. We loved the full kitchen, laundry facilities, ceiling fans, and master bathroom.

Great place

Really nice open concept. Beds were very comfortable. We could hear the kids upstairs runn8ng a little but otherwise quiet. Met our needs for the 2 nights we were there.

Apple Valley stay

Wonderfully stocked apartment unit, plenty of room, very clean, nice neighborhood. Bonus was the sports area out back for basketball, pickle ball, etc. Easy to access points of interest, especially Zion NP.

Quiet remote location

We didn't spend a lot of time here but it was cleanand nice to have s place closer to Zions. About a 45 min drive to Springdale.

Zion trip

You can hear everything the upstairs guests do. We left a day early because we needed a good night sleep. I would not recommend staying here if guests are upstairs.

Very nice

Lovely kitechn and spacious dining and living, very mice and cute bedrooms and lovely bathrooms. The futon-like couch is very uncomfortable and the dishwasher doesn't dissolve soap very well but other thatn that it was perfect.

Property was clean and well maintained. Nice neighborhood and view from back porch. Bedrooms were comfortable. Heat takes a while to warm the house. A little bit of a trip (~1 hour) to ZIon National park. Overall, very satisfied.

A lovely space, very roomy.

It’s a really nice large space with a wonderful shower in the master bathroom. Kitch is large but I would like to see it better equipped since it’s a ways to a restaurant. We ate in 3 nights out of 5 and cooking can be challenging with what is there. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. Posting the Wi-Fi password would be helpful since there is NO cell coverage. Owner was very responsive.

This is a basement with approx 12 steep stairs leading down to unit. There were people living upstairs and you can hear their every movement all night long. Pictures of the unit were accurate

Southern UT family vacay

We had a great time at the house. Perfect size for our family of 5. Nicely remodeled and clean. The furniture was uncomfortable for movie/TV watching in the evening. The sport court outside was a huge plus, we played pickleball well past sunset. Location was nice, located between Kanab and Springdale (Zion NP), we visited both. Somewhat of a drive to restaurants and groceries, so plan accordingly. The kitchen is well equipped to cook and prepare meals. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and safe. The space is in the basement of a house, so one night the people upstairs were quite loud, footsteps and music. We had quite a snafoo checking in, but it wasn't the hosts fault, and had no issues after that. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!

No heating

The heating system didn't work, we had o use extra blankets from living room which were not very clean. The host suggested us to go somewhere and buy a heater and she would refund us, however we arrived very late and not much could be done. The next day she offered us to move to the house upstairs but we arrived late form our hiking and were too tired to move everything... so we decided to stick with the blankets again. At night time there was a lot of noise coming from the little room where all electrical and heater stuff was, we could barely sleep.

Awesome and comfy

We love the place and it had everything we need with plenty of room for the 5 of us to spread out. It was a little farther then we thought it’d be to Zion but it was fine. Great place for the price would definitely recommend and stay again! Thanks for a great stay

Awesome unit!!

This property was amazing!! Three female travelers from Texas exploring Zion NP and Bryce NP. We loved each having our own room and a nice large space to relax after long days of hiking. Washed all our clothes before leaving. Would definitely stay here again! Great / fast communication with host. Highly recommend!

The neighborhood is a beautiful, friendly neighborhood named Cedar Point Estates. Nearby there are numerous hiking trails, mountain biking areas, ATV and UTV trails, as well as National Parks. Zion, Grand Canyon, and Bryce Canyon are all within easy distance. Coral Pink Sand Dunes is right down the road.

For groceries, Bees Marketplace is 8 minutes away. There are many restaurants for dining and take out in Colorado City (8 minutes away) Hurricane (20 minutes away)

This home is in a quiet rural neighborhood that is very safe and away from the crowd. The stargazing is incredible at night and the views are amazing during the day. Sunsets are always stunning!
