Cozy 2 bedroom beach apartment with parking! No need to use your car, 1 block to the beach and boardwalk and a short walk to downtown shopping and all that Ocean City has to offer. There is an outdoor shower and a private parking space for 1 car. Air conditioning, washer/dryer. Bring your beach chairs and beach towels, just one block to the beach.

Nice property

The place was nice, quiet, and clean and had everything our small family needed. Perfect for a small family. Close enough to the beach to walk too. Check in was easy.

It was Small, but a little over a Block from the Beach, but the BEST part was the Pool Parking spot 10 feet from the back door. John and Renee were the BEST Host

Girls getaway

Such a great space. Comfortable and close to beach, boardwalk and shopping. After a fun day it was nice to “come home” to this property and relax in the well-appointed apartment with 2 bedrooms, full kitchen and bath. Many nice little touches provided by owner. Hope to stay there again.

A great get-away family vacation

We really enjoyed our week-long stay here. It was far enough away to be quiet in the evenings, but close enough that our 3 and 5 year old could walk without being carried. We frequented the ice cream and coffee shops across the street, and we took our kids to the beach/boardwalk everyday. It's also close to Wonderland if your family likes the boardwalk rides. It was really nice that the rental came with parking, too! We hope to return in the future. Thanks for being excellent hosts!

Cozy Ikea Stay

Small cozy quite family getaway. Great for four adults even though it sleeps 6. Sofa pullout is a very comfortable full size bed. I was surprised it was well stocked with linens, bath towels and cleaning products. Bonus is the outside shower is larger than any other place I’ve stayed. Loved the code access and Ring camera. I know the area very well and it’s always been friendly, quite and clean. Happy visitors!

Great property and close to beach

We had a great experience at Renee’s property. It was so cute and very clean. We loved how close it was to the beach. Renee and her family were the sweetest to work with. I look forward to staying again.

Mom and girls week at the shore

This is a perfect property for a couple or a small family! Clean, comfortable and convenient. Quiet location. The kitchen was well equipped - I made a few meals and had plenty of tools/cookware. The owners were friendly and easy to work with. I would absolutely stay here again!

Couldn’t have been better

The location and proximity to the boardwalk and beach was great. The amenities were complete. The unit was clean as a whistle. The rooms were cozy. Full kitchen was helpful for cooking and leftovers. Outside shower (hot and cold) was a plus. We just loved our stay.

We have owned this apartment since 2015 but will be renting for the first time in 2022. Our children stayed in this apartment during the summers while they were in college. Looking forward to meeting new guests since we live in the unit above.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This is a cute & cozy space, the location is wonderful since it on one of the widest streets (Park Place) in Ocean City with a dedicated parking spot in the back. It is one block to the beach and boardwalk. Close enough to walk to the boardwalk and shops on Asbury Ave without having to get in the car.
