The property is, refreshingly, exactly as portrayed in the listing. The split level setting offers sufficient room for a good sized group (we had five), the kitchen can easily be used, and the bathroom setup accommodated our group well enough.
A couple of caveats are worth noting: our stay was a summertime one, with temperature variations that required both heating and cooling. The unit has a Nest smart thermostat, which works well, but the schedule seemed to reset every night, and our group was a little confused by its actions.
It should also be noted that the property is indeed close to Woodinville wineries, which is nice, but is a bit further out from Seattle than some properties, so its location is worth noting for future renters.
All in all, we would stay here again. The hosts communicate well, the property is clean and comfortable, and the price was reasonable.
