Tastefully decorated with contemporary furnishings, this condo is located right next to one of the many pools in this phase. With East and West exposures, you can open the slider and front door to get a nice breeze throughout the living room.The main living area features a large sofa and chair perfect for ultimate comfort while watching your favorite show on the large, flat screen TV.
The chef in the party will be happy to prepare your favorite meals in the well-stocked kitchen, to be served on the dining room table.
The large bedroom offers a comfortable King size bed with a flat screen TV, and opens up to the larger of two patios. You'll also enjoy a perfect view of the pool. Pool towels are located in the bedroom closet.
This same patio also features a propane BBQ, with table and chairs to enjoy your grilled masterpiece. There is also a laundry closet located on this patio for your convenience. Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio off the living room.
The bathroom features a tub/shower combo, with towels located in the bedroom closet.
