Este es el lugar para venir a visitar disfrutar de sus vacaciones. O simplemente alejarse del clima frío. Este es un condominio remodelada con un dormitorio 1 baño de 3/4. Capacidad cinco. Ubicado en el segundo piso con vistas a la piscina y un gran patio relajante. Nuestra piscina comunitaria se calienta durante esos días frescos. Hay 4 piscinas para elegir con los complejos hermanas vecinas.
Si te gusta cocinar, usted disfrutará de esta cocina recién remodelada con el plan de piso abierto para el entretenimiento. Parrilla de gas en el patio. La unidad tiene nueva lavadora / secadora.
Todas las sábanas y ropa de cama están incluidas. En el salón se encuentra la televisión de alta definición de 40 "con una barra de sonido envolvente. Ordenador para comprobar su correo electrónico o navegar por la web. En el dormitorio se encuentra otra pared HDTV.
La pista de tenis y campo de golf a sólo unos pasos de distancia.

A Wonderful Stay

The condo has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The furnishings are lovely and the kitchen is very well equipped. The owner Jeff was extremely nice to deal with and always quick to get back to me. The location was good, the grounds were well maintained and the pool and hot tub were enjoyable.

Exceptional Property! Outstanding Host!

This condo is so fantastic. Kitchen is well equipped.Loads of supplies from Toilet Paper to Paper Towels and Kleenex. Lots of linens, towels, pool towels included. Also pool accessories and pool lounge chairs. We had a wonderful stay.

Wonderful vacation property

Wonderful time staying in this unit for six weeks. The owners were fabulous to work with, they responded back to you immediately. Such a friendly complex! Close to shopping (Trader Joes, Target and Von's), all within walking distance!

Wonderful trip

Just spent the month at Jeff’s place. It was even better than the pictures and description. Great patio overlooking the pool and perfect location for all to do in PS. Jeff communicated with us both pre and during our stay (making sure all was well). We would definitely stay there again.

Just like home

This condo is very comfortable. It is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities one can ask for. I was fortunate that I had a few warmer days to be able to enjoy the patio and even managed to have a dinner outside. Jeff was available when I had some questions. The location is close to a bus and walking distance to restaurants. Enjoy LE

Desert Paradise

My husband and I spent a month in this beautiful condo. Jeff has truly made his condo a home-away-from-home. We were provided all the kitchen utensils you could ever use including startup items ie coffee and condiments. A lovely gift basket was awaiting us on our arrival which was very thoughtful. We loved the covered patio which overlooks the pool and Jeff had many float devices which we took advantage of. This condo is definitely a desert paradise!

Exceptional PS condo

First, we want to say that Jeff, the owner was exceptional to deal with from initial booking to checkout. He is a gracious host. Second, the unit is as described, but even better in person. The condo is beautifully decorated, the bed is extremely comfortable, the living room and other furniture is both modern and of good quality. The kitchen had all the cooking utensils we needed, along with basic supplies and spices. The north facing deck was nicely decorated with furniture that was practical and comfortable and we sat outdoors a lot. The location is in south PS across the street from a grocery store as well as the start of some of our favourite hiking trails. We highly recommend this unit.

If you want a safe comfortable ideal location to enjoy Palm Springs, then this is the place!

My wife & I have been coming to Palm Springs for the past 15 winters staying at various places and have found Jeff's condo to have all that you will ever need. The location is close to golf, restaurants, shopping, hiking, airport to name a few. The community is private or can be social, whichever you choose. The grounds are immaculate. The unit is very clean 🤗, and the queen bed very comfortable. The two bathrooms are a plus. The open living -dining room is well furnished with leather furniture, and a dining table seats six. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need to create anything you would desire. The deck is private and has a table and lounge chairs to enjoy while you BBQ and enjoy the weather & view with NO BUGS. It also contains a closet for the washer & dryer and assorted chairs & toys for the pool. Jeff was a great host, easy to reach & quick to respond, and just came across as a sincere caring person. When we first arrived we were greeted with a nice welcome basket which included a variety of items. This allowed us to stop & relax before heading out to purchase other essentials for our stay. Nice touch Jeff. We are coming back, that says it all. Wally & Monique ... 2019

Five Stars Plus

This unit is one of the best units we have ever stayed in with VRBO. Jeff has done an excellent job in equipping and decorating this condo so that you feel your staying in a five star apartment. Super clean unit with newer appliances with a well stocked kitchen for preparing meals. The bed was very comfortable as well for a good nights sleep. We enjoyed many meals sitting on the deck looking over the manicured grounds and lovely swimming pool. Jeff was very responsive to the few questions we had. Can highly recommend and we have our fingers crossed that some day we can return. Thanks Jeff.

Fantastic,

We had a great time here! The condo was exactly as advertised. It was very well equipped and had everything you could want or need. The location was very convenient to the airport, shopping and restaurants. The pool was very clean and well maintained as were the tennis courts. The bedroom was a great size and the bed was comfortable. One of the best features of the condo was the balcony overlooking the pool. A wonderful place for watching hummingbirds while drinking coffee. I can’t say enough nice things about the owner. He was so easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had promptly. The covered parking and laundry machines were a bonus. We even received a really nice gift basket on our arrival. I look forward to the next stay here!

Look No Further

This was our 2nd winter stay and again we were pleased and comfortable from the start. All we had to do was unpack and enjoy the bottle of wine from the gift basket. We met our host Jeff, who was genuinely interested in trying to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The condo is well stocked with chinaware, cutlery, towels, bedding, BBQ, pool chairs & toys. It is close to restauants, golf, entertainment, and the airport. The unit is very secure and can be very private or sociable, whichever you choose. We enjoyed our stay very much but unfortunately we had to cut it short due to the government Corona Virus return home warnings. Jeff our Host was notified and completely understood the situation and was willing to do whatever was necessary to resolve the early departure financial details. Kudos to this special Host. We were also aware he was under great stress dealing with the public due to this pandemic. We are looking forward to coming back to Palm Springs and having Jeff as our Host. Thank you.

Great condo

We stayed at Jeff's condo November 2018. The condo is very nicely decorated and extremely comfortable. We like to cook and found the kitchen to be well equipped. Having the extra powder room was a bonus. The balcony looks out over the pool and we spent many relaxing hours there or poolside. Jeff was very responsive to all communication and ensured our visit was a pleasant one. I would definitely book with Jeff again!

Beautiful condo

We stayed at Jeff's condo for the month of November. The condo is very nicely decorated and modernized and exactly as shown in the pictures. The balcony has a comfortable seating area as well as a table for 4 and we enjoyed many meals overlooking the pool. We enjoy cooking and found the kitchen to be well equipped and supplied with spices, garbage bags, dish detergent etc. We did not want for anything! The bed was very comfortable and the TV has all the options and channels you could ask for. Jeff was very responsive to any communication and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We would definitely stay here again should we return to Palm Springs.

Wonderful winter!

We spent February and March 2018 here and enjoyed Palm Springs greatly! The condo is nicely located and was close to shopping, hiking areas, Desert Living Zoo, Tram and many local Festivals! It has a great pool area with hot tub. Jeff was very easy to deal with and even drove out from San Diego to help us with an Internet issue. The condo is very clean and well stocked. Thanks Jeff!

excellent choice...with spot-on pics

We enjoyed a great month in this condo. Many many positives: --great communication before/during/after stay, also personalized check-in with co-owner --great location (can watch flights landing from the deck, but no bothersome noise), well-lit parking, & as previous poster stated, easy walk to several stores (we walked & biked several places--around golf course, into Palm Springs etc) --very nice pool & landscaping --we loved the roomy balcony & had several BBQs, plus just sitting/visiting time there (probably the balcony pics as well as kitchen pics--convenient layout--were the convincing factors for us to book this unit) --updated decor & overall very comfy (certainly felt like a "home"), including a desktop computer & printer to use --roomy master bedroom (& 2nd TV) with ensuite, extra bathroom is a plus to have for guests --lots of new & useful items in the kitchen Suggestions we offered about changing the matting material on the deck, plus having cable TV (& adding a kettle!) are on the owners' list to change/upgrade. We would certainly consider staying there again & not hesitate to recommend.
