Love sitting in long traffic? We don’t. Our home is situated to have easy access to all the hidden gems of the North Shore. Our guidebook will explain the rest. Once you walk in, our home is sparkling clean, welcoming and relaxing. It has 3 bedrooms, Open space concept, hardwood floors, smart TV, WiFi and plenty of entertainment in the family room. Recently, updated patio for family fun, looking up at the stars at night and new additions to the kitchen to prepare your favorite meals. Come and rest. It's Location is optimal to all the wineries, wedding venues and beaches along the North Fork.

Like being home

Best use of electronic door locks I’ve experienced. Code was set to work at check-in time and shared in advance. All of the anxiety of the typical checkin were removed.

Jay was a great host. He was easy to communicate with and answered all my questions before and during my our stay. The house was perfectly located near our other family in the area. It was clean, well maintained, comfortable and plenty of space for our family of 6. A fun time was had by all.

Feels like home

This is our second annual stay at this house and we will be back. The property truly feels like home and the owner couldn't be more accommodating. A wonderful place to be together with people you love.

Lovely home away from home

Check in process was super easy! The property manager, Jay, was always in touch with clear instructions and answered all of our questions very promptly. My parents and my husband and I all enjoyed our stay. The space was very clean. We used the arcade and pool table a lot during our stay! Be aware that shampoo is not provided.

Perfect Family Rental

Residence extremely clean and comfortable. There are many extras and games to keep a family entertained. The outside yard also was very comfortable to sit and well taken care of. Would definitely return.

The home was great for multiple families with teenagers. Great outdoors. The host was very responsive from the moment we booked the property and made sure we had everything we needed. We would highly recommend!

Good accommodation

Everything was good, except traffic noise was loud due to the location. Good entertainment options in the basement. Excellent kitchen supplies and equipment. Would recommend.

Cozy, lots of amenities and the perfect location

We were visiting family for the holidays and loved to have our own space to relax and unwind!! Everything was perfectly acquainted- jay the host was very responsive to any questions- highly recommend for families- lots of games in the basement for all to enjoy !!

Bachelor Party

Great place to stay with a group of friends. Pool table, skee ball and 4 arcade games the 3R Oasis had many things to do inside and even with a fire pit, big backyard and horseshoe pit even the outside had a lot to offer. I’d recommend this house to stay and I would even stay again. Jay was a great host and even communicated with me during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed.

We stayed here for a wedding and absolutely loved it. The property is beautiful and has something for everyone to enjoy. The basement arcade games and pool table were our favorite! Plenty of room for us and communication with the host was excellent. The shops next door were so convenient we liked that we could walk. We also loved the outdoor space. Would definitely stay here again!

Great family get-away

In Eastern Long Island for a family wedding. Me, my wife, daughter, grand-daughter, and other family members stayed for a long weekend. House accommodated us all quite well. Centrally located to all the wedding venues. Side trips out to a farm and vineyard heightened the overall weekend experience. We had everything we needed for the weekend, Jay the host was in contact to ensure all was well. We did not have to reach out to him for anything but good to know he was available if we needed anything. Should our travels take us to Eastern Long Island again, we definitely will book this house again.

Great place

The house is great. The bedrooms and gathering spaces are good-sized. Fabulous kitchen. Everything was clean and the house had everything we wanted. It was nice having a full second bathroom downstairs. The game room was so perfect, allowing everyone to enjoy some fun time without screen time. There is street noise during the week though.

5 star stay at this Cozy 3 R's gettaway!

Great property. What you see is what you get. The kids really loved the large backyard and playroom. Close to restaurants and fun venues. Looking forward to our next relaxing weekend!

Clean and Comfortable

This house has many wonderful properties -- breezy beach decor; spacious open living room/kitchen area (the island is fabulous); large basement lounge/rec room with an arcade vibe; and a ginormous yard with recreational amenities. The outdoor seating area with string lights was especially cozy at night. The location is ideal right at Rte 25A and the large driveway can accommodate 4-5 cars. We were happy with all the bedrooms but would have liked a table lamp in the room with twin beds so that one person could sleep while giving the other a light source other than the ceiling light. There was also one notable quirk -- the bedroom doors all stuck so that people had to struggle to (noisily) open and shut them, thereby disturbing their neighbors in the narrow hallway. Both bathrooms were nice but since the second bathroom is in the basement, the 6 of us on the main floor had to work out bathroom use with our 7th who stayed on the downstairs pullout couch -- certainly doable. And we finally got the hang of how to unlatch and open the sometimes ornery safety gate between the kitchen and the stairs down to the basement ;-) Overall we loved the place. Special kudos to the owners for making the entry passcode easy to remember and for the personalized welcome note and gift bottle of local wine!

Great House

The house was everything it was described as. Very clean and sanitary. Great location close to stores. Arcade games and board games are a nice touch. Backyard is cozy and nice for relaxing and entertaining. Kitchen was very well stocked. I will stay again.

Each experience has taught me how to be organized with multiple schedules, how to provide memorable experiences and how to maintain a "high-level" of cleanliness. We hope everyone will enjoy a period of rest and and take the opportunity to create wonderful memories near the local wineries, farms and beaches.

Located near the center of town. Blocks away from a park and a running/riding trail (1 mile long). Less than a 15 min drive to the nearest public beach (CEDAR BEACH). Centrally located near beaches, wineries, breweries and fine restaurants. Tanger Outlets, Riverhead Aquarium, farm stands, Lavender by the Bay (early summer) and Sunflower maze in the fall are only few minutes away.

Guests will have access to the entire house, except for the detached garage. Each bedroom has dressers and closet space for all your personal belongings. There is a linen basket in the main bathroom fully stocked with fresh towels and First Aid items. Fresh linens are available in each bedroom closet. A large new washing machine and a dryer are right off the kitchen for your use. Feel free to contact us with any questions regarding the property. We will be more than happy to be of service.
