This relaxing beach getaway is centrally located with fenced in backyard and a private pool to soak up all the sunshine! Nice neighborhood very close to historic St. Andrews and the bay and not too far from the beach! Enjoy your evening with a beautifully lit outdoor seating area and charcoal grill to cook up something yummy!! Dogs are welcome for $100 pet fee. No cats!

Our family had a wonderful week-long stay here. It was about a 15min drive to the Publix sports park for my daughter’s tournament. We were able to bring our dog along the family trip which made it so convenient for us. Our pets are family too! We did a lot of swimming in the pool. The neighborhood was quiet and the backyard is all fenced in making it feel like we had a ton of privacy. The house had everything we needed!

The entire property was beautiful and well kept. It was well furnished and in a peaceful and convenient area. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay when visiting Panama.

Great house and location close to the ocean

Everything was great but pool was not heated so we couldn't use it. I assumed all pools in Florida were heated my bad for not checking that would of been great to have been able to swim.

Relaxing Getaway

Communication was amazing. Hosts were great! We had a few changes in our schedule and they were super helpful. We stayed there a week and it was so nice to not stress. The pool and yard are amazing. They provided a starter kit for us which was so nice. We were worried bc a review said the couch was iffy but I actually fell asleep on it and found it very comfy and sturdy. GREAT location. 20 min to PC, easy drive. We would highly recommend staying here. If we come back we will book again.

Baseball trip

This was our second stay at this house and given the opportunity we will do another stay. The location was perfect for our family playing baseball at the Publix sports complex. The owners are fantastic, easy to get ahold of and everything is as stated in the description. The pool was so relaxing and we had everything we needed for our stay.

Spring Break 2024

Overall, this property was manageable for us. It was clean and a good location close to all things needed. Kitchen was newly renovated with lots of storage and cooking supplies, and bedrooms were a good size. The back yard was great for the dogs and the pool was a relaxing area. The master bathroom is small. The only complaint is the living room space. We thought we might break the sofa as it had cracks in the frame and one leg. It is not large and a squeeze for 2 people. It should definitely be replaced. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Relaxing weekend getaway

Happy Vacation

We had a great stay at this lovely home that is very CLEAN, comfortable and close to everything we needed. The house is decorated nicely and contained everything we needed for a nice stay. The pool and backyard area is a great place to hang out with family and pets after a day at the beach. The pool and the sofa type bed in one of the bedrooms are both much larger than they look in the pictures and the sofa bed is very comfortable. Erika and Randall were fantastic hosts. They answered all of our questions very promptly with the utmost kindness. We would most certainly return for another happy vacation stay. Most Sincerely, Steve & Laurie

Really good stay experience

The property was very clean and the pool and fenced back yard was awesome fun. The updated kitchen was very nice. The location was good and plenty of shopping nearby. The beach just a short drive and we really enjoyed exploring on the bay side and downtown. We felt like locals for a week. Overall, an excellent experience.

Orion's Big Adventure

5 stars does not adequately rate this beautiful home and wonderful home owners. I'd give it a 10 star!! Thank you Erica and Randall for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. Close to everything, spacious, warm and friendly. First beach trip for my 7 month old grandson. He loved it!! Especially pool time. These home owners have thought of everything in a vacation rental. We even arrived earlier than expected and a quick text to see if it was okay to check in earlier since we were traveling with a baby and 2 fur babies as well was met with a yes. The only downfall to this wonderful family vacation was saying until next time. Will definitely try to book this house again!!

First beach vacay with no kids.

This is our first vacation without our son to the beach. Loved the pool and high fenced yard. House is nicely equipped for pool and beach...which is nice because we forgot our beach chairs...lol location was very good close to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores and only about 20 min from panama city beach... only thing I think is needed is more pots and pans for cooking...but we ate out mostly anyway....was a very relaxing stay.

Husband's birthday weekend

Great Property

This is a very nice home. The decor is so cute! The location is great. Everything we wanted to do was within 15 minutes or so. The pool was wonderful to float around in everyday. It was also nice to have a few detergent pods if you needed to do a quick load of laundry. Our 4 legged kids loved the backyard. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our family

For our family and K9s, this property was outstanding! Property was clean…pool was perfect…privacy fence around the back yard was great for the pups. Communication with the host was great and extremely quick on responding. Thank you so much for the perfect place for our family to enjoy Florida :)
