Perfect for a family or two with dogs. Plenty of space and a large back yard. Very close to the beach entrance, Thomas's Donuts, Carousel Supermarket, and the trolley line.

Great, spacious home just a minute’s walk from the beach. I was so thrilled to be able to bring my 2 dogs and we conveniently had a crate that we could use there. Host was quick with communication and detailed with check in and check out process. We were also thankful we could use their beach chairs and toys so we didn’t have to pack that. Will be back!

Our Vacation

We have stayed there several times in the past and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This time was no different. Loved the changes, too. Near the beach. Near some goid restaurants.

Thunder rally visit

Perfect Beach Getaway

My husband and I had a wonderful vacation. The house was spacious, clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. Much roomier than we expected. It is steps away from the beach, close to shopping and restaurants. A large crate was provided for the dog, the house had ample glasses, plates, and silverware, multiple beach towels, and other unexpected amenities. Lynn was communicative and quick to respond to any needs - which we had none. Wished we could have stayed longer!

Adorable house Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay in Pirate’s Perch. The house was nicely decorated and felt much larger than the photos show. Once you stay in Laguna Beach you’ll never want to stay anywhere else in the PCB area. So quiet and a fraction of the crowds and traffic. We walked to Thomas’ Doughnuts each morning and to The Carousel, the cutest grocery store. Highly recommend!

Even though we didn’t have beach weather the decor of the cottage felt like the beach. Everything we needed was there and the yard for our little dog was great!

Great location!!

Rented the house with our puppy waiting for our house to be complete. The location was great, a short walk to the beach!! The check in and response from owner was great! The home is a little older but very very clean, everything worked great!

Great House

Enjoyed our stay from minute one until the very last minute. Amazing location and property. The fenced in back yard was just like being able to hang out 'at home'. When you have a dog with you it is more than a good thing. The house itself is also great. Lots of room and an overall great place to stay.

Birthday Gift

Would stay there again. Perfect location, clean and yard very clean. Learning how to get streaming channels but found couple of movies. We like regular cable with local channels but we were out at dinner a lot. Hope we can go back next year.

Great Place!

This house is an excellent place to stay. It had everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood was very quiet. It’s a short walk to the beach and to the donut and ice cream shops. We would definitely stay here again.

July Family of 4 Vacation

We had a great time on our vacation, and this house had everything we needed and more. The location was awesome. It was in a quiet neighborhood, with a short walk to the beach. There were beach chairs and an umbrella we were able to use, which was great because we didn't have our own. It was a quick drive to all of the restaurants and things to do in Panama City Beach, and a quick drive to more restaurants and stores on the 30A side. The beach was very nice and not crowded. Thomas' donuts was an amazing donut and breakfast place that was a short walk away and it was so good, we ate there twice. There were also lots of games and cards at the house, so we played games one night when it was storming, so that was nice. My husband, kids, and small dog all loved it!

Wonderful stay!

Exactly what we were looking for only a few steps from the beach. House is located in a very nice neighborhood with a quite area. Very pleased with the space of the home as well as a l large backyard with easy accommodation for cleaning up beach items. Will definitely book again.

Short walk to sand

One thing to note is the house was built in the 50s. The reason I note that is because once you enter the house past the porch, you can smell the age. Not in a complaint way but noticeable. I have no complaints about the house. A very short walk to the beach. Great backyard for dogs. I would stay here again.

Lovely property

We enjoyed our stay at this property so much!! Very accommodating, clean and well furnished and supllied. Our dogs loved the fenced back yard. Great location, very short walk to the beach. Very nice neighborhood. We definitely recommend this place and hope we can go back sometime!

We have always loved Panama City Beach and bought this house in 2011 for our future retirement. In the meantime, we enjoy renting it out to friends and family. If you decide to stay with us, we are happy to welcome new friends. We currently have three dogs and consider them a part of the family, too!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Laguna Beach is located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. This one-story, single-family home is on the first block from the beach, so we love to stroll down for walks at sunset. We have a large lot for the area, with a fully fenced back yard for our pets and room for outdoor dining. Since it's our future retirement home, we are always making upgrades and additions to make it even better.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

While we usually have a car, it's nice to be able to walk to Carousel for groceries, and the trolley along Front Beach road is just around the corner.
