We had a great stay at this property. Extremely kid friendly! Owner was quick to respond and remedy anything needed. Beds were comfortable, and house is spacious. Would love to stay again in the future.

Great family time experience

We enjoyed staying at the house. It accommodated our large family. The kids were entertained with playing with the toys and arcade. We would stay again if we are in town.

Perfect place! Tiny Details!

This house was ideal for our group of 8. We had 4 adults and 4 teens. The beds were comfortable, the sofas nice, the backyard well kept and everything felt new and clean. We especially loved the giant kitchen table for games and puzzles and eating together. The desk in the laundry room was perfect for homework getaways. And the garage ping pong was a huge hits with our teens.

Great location, quiet neighborhood

This house is as pictured. We had individuals of all ages and there was something for everyone. The kids had toys, teens had ping pong and arcade and the adults had plenty of room to visit. I liked having the kitchen with the large table so we could cook and visit. We would easily transition to the back yard to visit and let the kids swing. The neighborhood is quiet. The location was great for us and most things we did seemed to be around 15 minutes from the house. I feel that this is a very versatile home to stay in. It accommodates families with littles and would also be great for adults without kids too because there are plenty of things to do at the house.

Kid Friendly!

This house was wonderful and perfect for our spring break trip! The house was clean, spacious, and well stocked. The best part is that it is very kid friendly - the toys and books kept my children busy and there was room for them to move around. The swings in the backyard were an added bonus. The location was great - close to everything we wanted to do but in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again if we return to the Greenville area.

weekend retreat

We stayed a weekend ladies retreat and the large kitchen served as a focal part of our gathering. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances which made cooking easy, but was also located near restaurants. Enjoyed our weekend away.

5-Star Host!

The property was comfortable and clean, with many extra touches (well equipped kitchen, amazing children's toys, comfortable furniture...). The host went over and above to make our stay comfortable. He provided a KitchenAid mixer in response to my request for a mixer of any type; he responded immediately when we experienced a minor plumbing issue. Chad was great to work with.

Taylors Gem Stay

Overall, this was a great stay. The property is absolutely wonderful for a family with young children. It was clean, well stocked with toys and books, and the bunk beds were perfect. The back yard swing set was a hit with the grandkids, and the yard was well secured. The master bedroom and kitchen are very spacious and we loved the coffee station. We did have a couple of minor issues that kept us from awarding a full 5 stars (washing machine leaking and hot water tank shutting off), but the host was very, very responsive and took care of the issues almost instantly. We truly appreciated Chad and Sarh as a hosts, and for an experience that was great for the family. We hope to stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Fabulous family home base

We were 8 family members in the area attending my niece’s wedding at Gassaway Mansion, 4 older adults, 3 young adults in their 20s and one teen. This property was the perfect location for us to get to downtown, the wedding venue, TopGolf and more. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable, the kitchen very large. Great yard and ping pong table which we certainly would have enjoyed more had we more time. Quiet, suburban neighborhood with grocery store, CVS etc nearby. Communication with host and entry to property was a breeze, Close to airport A comfortable 15-20 minute drive from the house to downtown Greenville where we enjoyed exploring the historic west end, Falls Park, and the charming Main Street with its unique shops, art galleries and restaurants. Favorite stops were the M. Judson Bookseller (amazing place, I want to live in that bookstore!) and the Mast General Store. For dining, we had a glorious dinner at Soby’s on Main Street (do not miss the White Chocolate Banana Cream Pie) and brunch at Brick Street Cafe which was just the cutest place to experience my first sweet potato cake (“just eat da’ cake!”). Dinner at the outdoor patio of The Southern Growl brewery was a super fun vibe filled with lots of young families including babies and dogs. Dog friendly kind of place, Greenville. First time to this city but won’t be the last! We were all so happy to have this large home to enjoy each other’s company - a great property and a great value.

Quiet Home in Convenient Location

Wonderful Stay

The property was clean and very roomy. I had 10 of us and had plenty of room and supplies. The yard is wonderful and the location is great. Very centralized for the area of Greenville. Would recommend!!!!!!

Nice place in a quiet neighborhood

Really enjoyed our stay … we had a great time. We spent a lot of time in the Greenville area and when it rained we all used the local Y to get workouts / basketball time. The hosts were great with communication as well!

Perfect for gathering together

This home was a perfect setting for our impromptu family reunion. It was easy to gather together at the large kitchen table. The home felt spacious and welcoming. Chad was an excellent host, and always able to accommodate our needs. We appreciated that the home was very clean and had all of the essentials ready for us so that we didn’t need to shop for anything but our food. The kids really enjoyed the ping-pong table and the backyard. The front porch was a nice area to relax. Very quiet, peaceful neighborhood.

Great Value

We attended a family wedding in Taylor's. There were 10 of us and we had plenty of room. The place was equipped with a high chair and portable crib for my grandson and a ping pong table for the older kids. Unfortunately the weather did not allow us to use the fire pit.
