Heron's Hideaway is right in the center of the desirable North Cape gulf front community of Barrier Dunes. A short 2 minute walk to the beautiful white sand beach and next to one of the pools and tennis courts. Our home has a spacious living room with a 65” TV featuring built in Roku for streaming using all your favorite apps. New quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances greet you in the kitchen.
Just off the kitchen is a laundry closet with full size washer and dryer and laundry supplies. In the kitchen is a large pantry and appliance storage. Unlike many of the Barrier Dunes units, Heron’s Hideaway provides you all the storage space you need for your groceries and supplies.

Open the 6’ sliding glass door and step out to your private deck with gate, new Trex decking, Polywood furniture and umbrella for relaxing after a day of fun and sun. A gas grill is provided if you enjoy staying home and cooking your meals.

Upstairs you will find the 2 bedrooms each with a TV and private bathroom. The master bedroom features a King sized bed, 65” TV, newly updated master bathroom with double sink vanity, walk in closet and private deck with new bar height polywood furniture and beautiful views and gulf breezes. The second bedroom features a queen bed, a set of bunk beds, en-suite bathroom and private deck with a view of one of Barrier Dunes many ponds.

Located at the end of Cape San Blas and minutes from the St. Joseph State Park, a 2000 acre park that offers 3 miles of paved bike paths and 8 miles of beaches, Barrier Dunes is a gated community which offers 4 beach access points, 2 swimming pools
and 2 tennis/pickleball courts. There are 3 freshwater ponds. Fun for bird watching and feeding the local turtles.
