Take a dip in the gulf-front pool or the 2nd seasonally heated pool. Whether you're into beachcombing, fishing, or catching those epic Cape sunsets, you'll create memories here. Indulge in the comfort of our home, which boasts upgraded hard surface flooring, a well-appointed kitchen, and inviting spaces to unwind and relax.

Living Room: Queen-sized memory foam sleeper sofa, two leather recliners and smart TV

My wife, Sarah, and I have 3 girls who love the beach. We work full-time and the kids are in school. This is our first rental property and we are managing it ourselves. We take pride in our ownership and treat people how we would want to be treated.

We took family vacations to Cape San Blas for years and always dreamed about having our own spot. The last few times we stayed at the Cape, we took the advice of other families and stayed in Barrier Dunes. Half of the allure is the community itself, it's perfect for families! The gated community allows for safe bike riding, walks with friends and siblings, and all the amenities like the pools, tennis courts, ponds, and awesome playground. After long days at the beach, we like to walk the neighborhood to unwind and stop to feed the turtles in the main pond.
In 2022 we purchased Lost at Sea in Barrier Dunes. Come celebrate good times and relax on the beach. I promise you won't be disappointed.

We tried to think of everything to make your visit here perfect. We have received numerous compliments on the well-stocked kitchen and the amazing beds. Everything you see in the house took time and thought. For example, my wife spent weeks trying out different linens and pillows to make sure the selection was perfect.
Another point of pride for us is the high speed internet. Many homes on the Cape have DSL capped at 15 mbps. We are one of a few that truly offer high speed internet so you can stream movies, participate in virtual meetings, or upload your beach pictures on social media.
When you book with us, you get a team that cares. We'll do everything we can to meet your needs as quickly as possible.
