We absolutely loved this house! It was cozy and comfortable, just like walking into home at the end of the day! The host, Annette, was so helpful along the way and met us in person to welcome us. Would definitely recommend and stay again when we visit!

This property was well stocked and so cute! Annette thought of everything. She was so great in offering recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Our stay was so peaceful and just what we needed. It felt like a home away from home.

One of our new favorite stays in Portland area

Very clean and well kept, beautiful surroundings and everthing you need in close driving distance, very peaceful. This was our first experience with Verbo, it was more than expected would definitely recommend and will be returning when in the area again 😀

Such a relaxing stay!

Spectacular owners, kid friendly, CUTE house. We stayed 3 nights (with kids) completely comfortable with enough space for everyone. Host was super accommodating! Fun pond in the back and space for kids to run around. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thanks so much, Bains Family

Awesome!

The cottage was perfect. Cozy & beautifully decorated. The surrounding countryside was quiet & peaceful. We even saw a doe and faun on the front lawn one morning. Truly an ideal getaway.

It felt like a comfortable family home. No wifi so it was hard to do some business but it made more time for just us. Our kids came to visit and we had so much fun talking and laughing, playing games and just walking the property. I would love to stay there again.

Peaceful

My Family and I had a great stay at this property. The house is fully stocked with everything we needed. Very peaceful location out in the country but 15 min from big city action. The owners were very friendly and kind. We hope to be able to stay here next time we are in town. My new favorite place to stay when in Portland.

Comfortable & Cozy

A sweet and cozy home, stocked with amenities to make your stay easy. A lot of time and thought has gone into ensuring all a guests needs are met. Although there is not Wi-Fi, I was able to use a hotspot when I was able to get the 5G signal to stream Hulu and Netflix. Close to shopping and restaurants in Hillsboro. Overall a great location. Secluded, private and peaceful! The beds were comfortable, the snacks were a nice touch, thank you! We will definitely be back if we have need in this area again.

Perfect Accommodations and Peaceful Surroundings!

My husband and I spent five nights at Country Roads guesthouse and we are glad we did! Annette is a very gracious hostess and a pleasure to talk with. The home is exceptionally clean and has everything that one might need. We found it to be spacious and nicely decorated. Also, the bed was very comfortable. There are plenty of games to play and books to read. There are toys for toddlers and a really cute kids room decorated in a cowboy theme. The Koi pond in the back was a bonus. We also got to see a doe and her fawn in the yard on two occasions. Learning about the history of the home and looking at the photo album with before and after pictures made the place seem extra special. Everything about this guesthouse is great and we definitely plan to book it again in the future.

Peace and Quiet

What an awesome place to kick back and relax. The hostess was wonderful and very helpful. You can tell she loves what she is doing. Very clean and decorated. We would stay there again.

Amazing

Annette is a one of a kind Host. She is very kind and welcoming and she made us feel right at home. All the extra touches that have been put into this home are amazing in every room. The bed's are very comfortable, the room's inviting, tub and shower are very nice and the kitchen! I loved the kitchen. We made amazing meals and lots of memories in this perfect kitchen. All the extra touches that they have put into this home is what makes it so amazing. Thank you both again for sharing with us your beautiful home nestled peacefully in the woods.
