Great unit in sought after Greens at Ventana Canyon.

Wonderful two-bedroom unit in the Greens at Ventana Canyon. New floors, new appliances, new furniture and new bedding in this lovely ground floor unit. Condo is just steps to one of three pools on property. Back patio has extended area with table seating for four people for outdoor dining.

The living and dining room areas are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the HD cable TV along with high-speed Wi-Fi. With two outdoor patio areas, one covered and one with a table and patio umbrella, you can enjoy the outdoors during winter and summer. Unit comes with one covered parking space steps from the unit. There are also many uncovered spaces for your additional vehicle or guest parking.

You will have access to three swimming pools of which two are heated during the winter months, two hot tubs, a 24-hour fitness center, clubhouse and gas grills.

Located minutes away from the unit you will find shopping, dining, hiking and biking trails, Sabino Canyon and many golf courses. Tucson also boasts "the loop" a 130 mile biking and walking trail that leads all around the city. Meandering through parks and park like settings you can literally "walk the city" without the traffic.

Great Location

The Greens is a great location, particularly for hikers. Ventana Canyon & Sabino Canyon NP are very close. The condo is well appointed with bedding and kitchen supplies and next to the pool. Back patio is quiet when golfers are not teeing off. Great experience!

Great stay!

We loved Greens at Ventana and our condo. Sparkling clean and when I stay stocked kitchen, the owners aren’t kidding! The complex is in a terrific location and 5 minutes from Sabino Canyon which we loved. It’s also close to shopping. The pool was nearby including a nice grill. The owner was very responsive. We will be back!!

One of the best!

Everything you could need and more! The condo is well equipped especially the kitchen. The unit is in a great, quiet location and is very comfortable. Nice layout for two couples. Look for building 4 as the unit numbers are discretely marked. Another plus is the host is quick in responding quickly to questions. You definitely will not be disappointed!

Liked this property. Owner has put some money into it and has redone much of it. It's a nice spot to stay. It's in a nice area by the Catalina Foothills that is close to outdoor activities, dining, grocery, etc. Pool and grill close to unit is a plus. We had covered parking which was also nice.

Convenient and Comfortable

If you plan to do some hiking, the location is incredible. Sabino Canyon has a lot to offer! The condo is nice and comfortable, with a kitchen that has everything you need. Only complaint about the condo is the noise from other units. Tenants above walking back and forth was quite noisy. We could hear their dog running back and forth on many occasions. Could also hear people talking in the unit next door. This until has a very nice and very private patio with table and chairs for dining and comfy chairs for lounging.Pool is very close to this unit. Small, but nice and there were usually chairs available.Tucson has a lot to offer and we experienced very friendly people wherever we went. Will return!

Wonderful Winter Getaway

Melanie and Larry provided us a wonderful place to call home during our stay in Tuscan. The place had every convenience we could want. The beds were very comfy, plenty of space, tastefully decorated and an excellent location. My husband left a couple items behind and Melanie was kind enough to send them to us. We stayed for a month, and would have loved to stayed much longer. Wonderful accommodations and responsive hosts.

Impeccably kept Greens Condo. HVAC maintains constant temp even during 105 degree days and RO water system provides purified drinking water. All appliances function properly and owner responds promptly to inquiries. Covered parking is less than 200 ft away.

Excellent, Clean, Comfortable, Convenient, Caring

This property is in excellent condition, is very clean and very comfortable. It is in a very convenient location in the Foothills and the Host is very caring as evidenced by: bottled water in the fridge, quality soaps and shampoo in each bathroom (Many vrbo's do not provide anything), throw blankets on the sofa, a desk to work at, a tea kettle (for us tea drinkers who don't want to heat our water in a coffee pot that makes our tea taste like coffee!), cooking spray and spices, plenty of hangars. This unit backs to a green area and the golf course and the view is very pleasant with trees. The golf course sits above and is not obtrusive. We enjoyed our visit very much.
