El patio de pizarra expandida, con pozo de fuego, es el escenario perfecto y tranquilo para disfrutar de las montañas y el hermoso desierto de Tucson y su vida silvestre.
Increíblemente remodelado a través de salida, con pisos de travertino, triforio y ventanales. La cocina tiene gabinetes de encargo de la cereza, mostradores de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable cremosos.
El Maestro dorm. tiene una cama king size con puertas correderas a la terraza.
Ambos baños tienen duchas personalizado. 2ª hab. se configura como una oficina con un tamaño queen cama Murphy, y construido en unidades de pared de cereza con escritorio. Ambos dormitorios tienen armarios sin cita previa con los organizadores incorporado.
Disfrutar del desierto natural virgen de en una zona muy tranquila y preciosa!

We have stayed at this property for the last 5 years, and we love the location and the view. We had some maintenance issues this time, but the property manager responded quickly and took care of them in a timely manner. We would have loved to have an umbrella on the outdoor table, as the morning sun is pretty fierce. Overall, we would recommend the property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice. Unfortunately the monsoons caused some leaks from the roof. Staff were very helpful and Spectrum provided compensation for my inconvenience. Overall the condo is in a beautiful location and was an excellent value.

Great property

This is the second time that we have stayed at this property. We love the location, the view, and the condo itself. The only recommendation that I would make is to have an umbrella on the patio. It gets very hot out there.

Tucson and its attractions were great we liked the Tucson Botanical gardens and Tombstone in particular. Tubac was a great place to look around and shop as well.

Beautiful view

We stayed for a week-long golf vacation with another couple. The condo was roomy enough for the four of us, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the condo was close to shopping and restaurants. The best part of our stay was relaxing on the large patio --- the view of the mountains and the surrounding area was stunning. It was very quiet and peaceful. The only negative is that on the first night I spilled some water, and when I used a paper towel to wipe it up the paper towel was black. Not sure that the floor was clean but everything else was. Would recommend this property to others!

4123-one of the best views in The Greens at Ventana Canyon

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely 2-bedroom condo with some of the best views of the mountains. Not a golfer, so having the golf course out back was only noisy, not interesting. (People can be loud when they have a good shot). But otherwise beautifully quiet after golfers are finished. Furniture and appliances are quite new and all worked well. (Nice having auto-icemaking on the fridge). We have been in this condo other years and it is well-maintained from yeat to year. No issues in previous years, only issue this year was the A/C seemed a bit weak on very hot days. But the ceiling fans worked just fine to compensate. Sitting outside on the patio is a great place to listen to the sounds of the desert and see many different bird species. They are beautiful, especially the humming birds that will come right up to you and stay for a while. Quite an experience.

The location was quite a long way from the centre of Phoenix

The interior of the property was Very dated bathrooms quite compact the communal pool was often very busy and noisy over weekends even when only 8-10 people were there. the number of loungers was 9 round the pool

Amazing views!

Amazing patio views! Brought my dad to enjoy the beautiful mountains and night sky of Tucson. This is the perfect little condo for small family or friends to really see amazing views of the mountains. Would 100% recommend and stay again!

Relaxing

Really beautiful property, nicely furnished, lovely kitchen. Quiet with beautiful views from patio. Pool was excellent, clean , well kept Super close to Sabino canyon. . Definitely will be coming back in cooler part of year .

Beautiful View!

The best part of this condo is the back porch and the view! I soaked it up every day! Just gorgeous. The condo is convenient to shopping, dining, and hiking. It is a quiet community and this condo is tucked back in a corner. There was a lot of maintenance going on in the parking lots and at the front of the condo that took some manipulation to get in and out some days, but otherwise, it was an easy, quiet, and comfortable stay with a gorgeous background!

Reviewer Comments: We rented this condo because of the potential view and it didn't disappoint - exactly as it appeared in the online pictures, if not better. Also, nice extra touches, such as coffee pouches, laundry soap and shower products - none of which were expected. The pool on the east side of Kolb Road could have been cleaner, but that is not the owners responsibility. Also, there was some landscaping maintenance going on during our stay, but it was not disruptive. Great stay, we'll be back!

A very pleasant two-week stay

We look forward to renting this unit again. The view from the porch is worth it all. Plenty of utensils and cookware. No complaints to report. Couldn’t get the bedroom TV to work but the living room TV worked just fine.
