The best suite in Downtown Louisville! Main Street! Right Next-door to the KY Center for the arts, in the middle of museums, and walking distance to the YUM center and convention center, this location can't be beat. Near all downtown restaurants and across the street from the best Hamburger(mussel & burger bar) and steak(Morton's steak house) restaurants. Perfect location for any family or business getaway. This bed,ed 3.5 bath has it all. Brand new suite!

Cozy/living room and kitchen combination for enjoying time together. Great nooks all around for reading or getting away. Perfect coffee/tea bar set up for relaxation. This unit is perfect for any get away.

We create a custom guest portal for your stay that has all recommendations for food & fun and detailed parking instructions.

The vibe on downtown Main Street is great! During the week a lot of business men/women and some families. During the weekend, a lot of families visit the slugger museum and science center just one block west. We are a few blocks from fourth street live. 1/2 block from KY center for the arts(symphonic/broadway shows), 3 blocks from the YUM center and about 5 From the convention center, this place is alive! We installed reinforced windows so that you can enjoy the city without having to hear the city at all hours of the day. Very quiet and peaceful inside the building.

There is the TARC bus system that can get you from place to place and we use Uber and other taxi like services to get around as well. There are parking garages right next to us(at least 3 within 1 block) so you can drop your luggage off and park with ease. Upon booking, we'll send you tips for parking. There is a lot of foot traffic as people walk through old main street and whisky row, so join on in and see what Louisville has to offer. PM us for suggestions!

Charm and personality in a great location!

We visited with 4 couples for a local musical festival. This location was perfect for walking to dinners/activities as well as access to the highway for trips to the festival. Well appointed unit with plenty of privacy for groups traveling together. Our hosts were timely and efficient with all communication.

Great propoerty!

We stayed here for a volleyball tournament with two other families. It was a great choice. We were able to walk to the convention center and food. The place was very clean and a fun place to stay. I would highly recommend!

Exceeded Expectations

The location does not get any better, but the suite was one of the coolest places I’ve ever stayed. Very modern and much larger than expected. We would totally stay there again and couldn’t have been happier with our choice.

Perfect location from the Yum! Center and main hotels used during the convention. My family and friends (12) stayed in total and we fit comfortably. Listing was exactly as the photos show.

Did not expect property to be so dark. No windows in bedrooms. In fact, Only window was in entrance area. It is all painted black. So if you don’t see well, this is not the place for you. Location is very good. No on site parking. Had to park on metered street.

Fabulous Stay- great location!

We had a great time at the Hollyhock suites. The location was great- we walked (or scootered) around easily and found lots of fun things to do. The suite was very clean and very trendy. The host gave us all the information we needed and we had a fabulous stay! I would definitely book again.

Great Bourbon Trail Location

Property was exactly as advertised. Location by the Yum center is very convenient to distilleries and great locations. Communication from Amanda was great. 7 adults stayed here. Plenty of room in the family room for everyone to hang out and socialize. Property was very clean. All the bedrooms were very nice with comfortable beds. 3.5 Bathrooms are renovated, endless hot water and very nice. Nice washing machine and dryer. Kitchen is well equipped.

75th Birthday Weekend

February 4th thru 7th. Location, location this unit was near the heart of downtown Louisville, KY. Normally, it will be within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants and bars, but we happened to be there after one of their rare ice and snow storms. Since this is an anomaly for this area the streets and sidewalks were not cleared as expected, so we drove and parked to the attractions and restaurants. This also meant for wet floors near the entrance as doormats were not supplied (we put towels down). The décor in the common areas was ok as all of the walls were painted in a flat gray throughout. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very, very nice with wallpaper and tiled bathroom and showers. It even has a real neat bathtub which my granddaughters enjoyed. The kitchen had all new appliances which we used for a few of our cook in meals. The owner was very nice and kept in contact once in a while to make sure everything was to our liking. In fact he stopped by and shoveled the snow and ice from our main entrance, he also brought a few additional supplies that were somehow missing from the property, the wine bottle cork remover being the most important. The unit is very long and the bedrooms could easily sleep the 12 as advertised. Oh, a final thought, if you plan on parking near the building, make sure you keep tabs on the parking meter as the Parking Utility come around early. Use a parking app like Go502 if you can, also take advantage of the free Sunday parking if staying at this unit. In conclusion I would recommend this property

Prompt communication from owner. Beautiful property, as advertised. Close to distillery tours, restaurants, and bars. Enjoyed our fun getaway with forever friends! We would definitely go back if ever heading to Louisville!!!
