The best suite in Downtown Louisville! Main Street! Right Next-door to the KY Center for the arts, in the middle of museums, and walking distance to the YUM center and convention center, this location can't be beat. Near all downtown restaurants and across the street from the best Hamburger(mussel & burger bar) and steak(Morton's steak house) restaurants. Perfect location for any family or business getaway. This 6 bed 4 bath has it all. Brand new suite!

Cozy/living room and kitchen combination for enjoying time together. Great nooks all around for reading or getting away. Perfect coffee/tea bar set up for relaxation. This unit is perfect for any get away.

We create a custom guest portal for your stay that has all recommendations for food & fun and detailed parking instructions.

The vibe on downtown Main Street is great! During the week a lot of business men/women and some families. During the weekend, a lot of families visit the slugger museum and science center just one block west. We are a few blocks from fourth street live. 1/2 block from KY center for the arts(symphonic/broadway shows), 3 blocks from the YUM center and about 5 From the convention center, this place is alive! We installed reinforced windows so that you can enjoy the city without having to hear the city at all hours of the day. Very quiet and peaceful inside the building.

There is the TARC bus system that can get you from place to place and we use Uber and other taxi like services to get around as well. There are parking garages right next to us(at least 3 within 1 block) so you can drop your luggage off and park with ease. Upon booking, we'll send you tips for parking. There is a lot of foot traffic as people walk through old main street and whisky row, so join on in and see what Louisville has to offer. PM us for suggestions!

The location was second to none. No waiting for elevators in a hotel...our suite opened directly onto Main Street with access to everything downtown Louisville has to offer. We all had our own rooms and a beautiful kitchen and living room area. This will be a trip our family will always remember.

Great loft apartment in downtown Louisville

Overall outstanding. A few details could be better. For instance, no sharp knife in the kitchen. Kitchen is very dark.

SUCH a great location in downtown!

This is a gem of a location, especially if you want to be within a short walk of the Performing Arts Center, Ali Center, many Bourbon Trail destinations, etc. We were a group of adults on an educational trip, and we liked being able to have enough bedrooms to accommodate us, and still be able to meet in the living room area for discussions and meals.

Perfect Holiday Rental

My large family had the best time! Amanda, the owner, was super nice and kind. She was communicative and sweet. The loft was very close to yummy eateries (check out Bearno’s pizza!) & Kroger, a grocery store. There was a dog park adjacent and lots of cute shops in walking distance. It was quiet and peaceful, spacious, clean. Everything you could ask for (& I am VERY PICKY), but I was happy with the cleanliness & would call it a 10/10 experience. Thanks, Amanda!

Rental was spacious, well kept and the location was perfect.

Rental was easy to obtain. Original photos were all right on. Check in and out were simple and seamless. Enjoyed the welcome package. Location was perfect.

Bourbon Tour Stay

Location was perfect for downtown walking. The condo itself had plenty of space for the 5 couples we had. Cleanliness- It needed a deep clean. The hardwoods under the beds haven’t been cleaned in a while. Tons of dust bunnies. Comfort - one of the bedrooms doesn’t have an air vent, so that couple had to sleep with the door open to get any air circulation. Safety - The back stairs up to the condo seemed to be under construction and have laminate laying over the treads. One of the steps laminate came loose and a person in our group fell and jammed a finger. Bad safety problem on those stairs.

Bourbon Trail Stay

We traveled to Louisville with 6 couples and the condo was a great size and fit for all of us. Location was great and walking distance to Fourth St Live, Blackbeard espresso was awesome, the art museum ans Louisville Slugger museum. We did a bourbon tour while we were there which was awesome. We’d recommend this condo for a large group.

Great downtown option

So nice to find a place downtown with 6 bedrooms! Great space and slept 12 comfortably. Not many options like this in Louisville.

Prefect Place for a Group Stay

The place is in the perfect location on Market street being close to everything. A coffee shop across the street, the Louisville slugger museum, a few downtown distilleries all less than 5 minute walk. Also, it was a little farther but still not a difficult walk to other landmarks like the Louisville Bats stadium and Fourth Street Live, which was great being able to walk so many places with such a large group. The unit was amazing. Very clean and large enough to fit a group of 13 of us very comfortably. I reached out to the host a couple of times with some general questions, and got an answer back quickly both times. 100% would recommend!

Family weekend

Location was awesome. One block from Louisville Slugger and Science center. Walking distance to Bourbon tasting, close to restaurant's, steak house across the street . We had plenty of room with a group of 7 adults and 6 kids.

Super convenient place for large groups

Unit 3 is a great place for multiple families or large groups of friends. The living room provides a large gathering space. Location is walking distance to everything downtown. Owners make sure you have everything you need. Note that the old Louisville buildings are like block-long tunnels. As a result, Only one of the bedrooms has a window, and that looks into the living room. Great for dark quiet sleep, but if you need daylight it only comes into the living room.

Family Bourbon Trip

This was a perfect property to spend a long weekend visiting downtown Louisville and going out on the bourbon trail. Downtown distilleries, restaurants and attractions are all walkable from the location. The property itself was exactly as the photos show. It is very well kept and provided plentiful space for our group of 11.
