You will have plenty of space in this 10 bedroom, 16 bed home. Relax in one of two living rooms while you enjoy views of beautiful lake Norway. Sit around the fireplace and relax, or go for a Kayak/or paddle board ride. You will find the kitchen supplied with all the appliances and dishes needed to celebrate together. Roast some marshmallows out in the fire pit, or catch a tale worthy fish. Even in the winter there are things to do, great ice fishing, snowmobile trails and more. Whatever you choose you will enjoy your stay here!

The property was large and perfectly located for my family to stop by throughout the trip. They had a excellent amount of beds available for whoever needed to spend the night and the lake was wonderful to paddle board on!

Wonderful! Plenty of space for all! We loved the huge table- something I always look for when booking! The bedrooms were spaced out well- great for the little ones to take a nap in quiet! We really enjoyed yard, fire pit, dock, etc. kitchen was well stocked. Great to have 2 refrigerators! All in all, excellent! We would definitely come again!

Had an amazing time at this cabin! Plenty of room for everyone to sleep and hang out. Cousins could hang together in the basement while parents were upstairs. My husband took our boat out fishing while the rest of us used our floaties by the dock. Plenty of parking and space and room in the back for yard games. Heard downtown New London would have been a fun spot for shopping but we were having too much fun so didn’t make it there. Would have loved to come again but our weekend is already booked. Would definitely recommend this cabin for a large group to enjoy.

Another great year at this property. We appreciated some of the improvements made since we visited last year. Unlike other places we've stayed, the owners have thought of just about every conceivable thing one might need. We are already booked for 2026.

Family reunion

We had a great time at our family reunion spending it at this incredible, large home. We had more than enough room for our 20 person reunion. The host was very responsive with any concerns or questions that we had. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Family getaway

My wife and I like to find places to bring our four married children and their entire families and spend time together and hopefully let the grandchildren build lasting relationships. Our Grand children range from just under 2 to 15 with seven girls and seven boys and this place gave us something for everyone! From the paddle boat, paddle boards, kayaks, and floating swim dock to the excellent fishing, we had a great time! Thank you, Carmen for being a wonderful host and providing this large home for us to stay. Also a shout out to Tim and Sunset Rentals for the awesome pontoon boat which added to the fun.Gary and Barb

Perfect family reunion site!

We had a wonderful stay at the property despite the weather not cooperating. There was more than enough space for everyone and the huge kitchen table made a great place for games and socializing with room for all! Any questions we had were always promptly responded to. Would definitely consider this place in the future!

America House New London

We had a great stay! It was our second year staying at this house. Our family of 11 came traveled from 3 states to gather together. There are ample bedrooms and living spaces. Two fridges in the kitchen and large counter areas for food prep. We especially like the extra large dining table. It is perfect for dining and for two separate groups of card players. The house was clean and the beds that we used were all comfortable. One of the bathrooms has been remodeled since our last visit. We enjoyed the sunset each evening as it set over the lake. This is a great house for large families or a group.

Fishing with the Family

Or stay at your place was exceptional. Everything was nice and clean. It was nice at our family it was 16 of us, that we all had a bed! Definitely would put in again for next year.

A great Stay

Great for our family get together. Plenty of bedrooms. The huge dinner table was perfect for meals and playing board games. Very comfortable family rooms up and downstairs made social time great. The assortment of kids toys downstairs was a big hit with the 3 year olds. The outdoor fireplace was fun on a chilly afternoon. Carmen was quick to respond to all inquiries.

Quick trip

I stumbled upon this gem of a rental when looking for a place to host 8 adults and 4 kids. For a quick trip over the long weekend. This place was perfect. The sunset night one made the drive from the airport worth it! So beautiful! There were plenty of bedrooms for all of us to have our own space. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking things we might need. The high chair and pack and play were life savers for me traveling solo with a 7m old. We came to the area for a sad occasion but are already discussing on coming back for a happier occasion where we can take advantage of all the outdoor amenities! Thank you for being such a kind and responsive host and sharing your home with us!

Family Vacation

This was the second time we’ve stayed here and it was just as good as the first time! Finding a large enough place to accommodate the big family is tricky and this place checks so many boxes- especially the large dining table! Thank you for another wonderful stay!

Spacious place to stay on a lake

Great place for groups with a lot of bedrooms and gathering places. Well stocked and maintained - everything worked which isn't always the case at VRBOs. People appreciated the paddle boards and kayaks. Great room for movie night. Would definitely return.

Just what we were looking for!

Great space for a large group. Backyard was lovely with plenty of things to do! We enjoyed kayaking, paddle boating, corn hole, and croquet.

America Cabin on Lake Norway

This is a great property for families or large groups. We had 11 people and there were ample bedrooms and gathering space for everyone. The kitchen had plenty of counter space for several people to be preparing food. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and serving pieces. The large living room windows afforded a fabulous view of the lake and at sunset. We have stayed in many properties for our family gatherings, but only this one had a dining table that could seat 16! It was perfect for dining and for two groups playing cards. The property manager, Carmen, was great to work with; very responsive to my email communication and she was extremely helpful to me when I needed to move our dates back one day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at America Cabin!

Paul and I have been married for over 30 years and raised a large family of 4 who are all now grown up with their own families. We were ready to take on a new adventure and owning and running this lake house is exactly what we were looking for. We feel blessed to be able to assist others in bringing their family and friends together to enjoy their time together.

This beautiful spacious lake home is so unique in how many can sleep there. Being able to have 20 people all be in a bed is a game changer. As large as the home is, it feels cozy. There is almost nothing you need that you won't find there. Our goal is to make this the best place you have ever stayed!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

You will find a biking/hiking trail right across the street from our drive way that leads to Sibley State Park. This is a beautiful park worth checking out. There is also a golf course in neighboring Spicer and many family friendly activities to enjoy. Not to mention amazing restaurants to check out.
