Lake Andrew Retreat is a newly renovated, year round 4,000 sq/ft home on Lake Andrew in New London, Minnesota. Enjoy a fully renovated kitchen with brand new appliances, dishwasher, double oven, induction cook top, and wet bar. Relax in the three season porch, front sitting room, or living room with full height windows looking out to Lake Andrew.

Enjoy time outdoors with a flat lawn, outdoor fire pit, private dock, and BBQ grill. There are 12 steps to the lake. Public lake access and boat launch is 0.6 miles away or rent a boat nearby. Lake Andrew is a 759-acre lake popular for Sibley State Park on it's north side, a public beach, boating, and fishing.

Spread out and give everyone their own space, with 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. One master is located on the main level with a king bed, walk in closet, Roku TV, and its own bathroom with soaking tub and shower. Two lower level rooms have king beds, while the remaining rooms have either 2 twin beds or 4 twin beds.

While you're relaxing, the kids can stay entertained in the lower level game. It includes two 65" Roku TV's, 2 stand up arcade games, foosball table, and board games. For the younger ones, there is a small kids space with a Nugget play couch, books, and toys.

If you're looking to stay active on vacation, you can enjoy the private gym space that includes a Bowflex spin bike, free weights from 5-30 pounds, yoga mats, and adjustable bench.

We are in a quiet, residential area. Absolutely no parties or additional guests. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

We are on a well with septic. There is filtered water in the refrigerator door

There was late fall work done on the side yard along the house, and will be re seeded in spring 2026

During the off season, the dock will be stored on the side of the back yard

We will do everything in our power to have the dock in the water from Memorial day - Labor day. This can vary based on weather conditions- please inquire with any questions

Seasonal things like weekly lawn mowing, propane tank filling, and snow removal (2+ inches of snow) will take place as needed to maintain the property
