- This property is equipped with a device that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, temperature, and motion) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed.
PARKING & ACCESSIBILITY
- Street parking only with minimal parking restrictions (NO PRIVATE PARKING). We are not responsible for tickets, tows, or finding a spot. Evenings can get a bit busy, but you can always find a spot!
- The owner and handyman live in the 2 units behind the house; their entrance is through the right side gate, so you may see them walking by from time to time. They also use the shared laundry in the back from time to time.
LISTING INTERACTION
- We live in the vicinity and frequently drive by our homes. We are very attentive to our guests and are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away, and our groundskeeper lives onsite in the separate back unit on the property and is available 24/7 to help out or show you the space, or resolve any issues.
TRANSIT
- Public transportation is right around the block, plenty of Ubers/Rentals, and scooters. Download the Bird app before traveling for quick access to the motorized scooters!
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- This home has lots of character and NO A/C. We have ceiling fans, room fans, and the ocean breeze cools down the house quickly.
- Ocean Beach is near the airport flight path, and noise can be heard from time to time, so if you`re a light sleeper, you may want to bring earplugs. No refunds given for plane noise.
- Filming or production work is allowed with an additional fee; ask us about it.
** VERY CLOSE to Barnes Tennis Center for tennis tournaments!

▪️ PET POLICY: We love welcoming well-behaved pets, and there’s a $100 fee per pet per stay for your furry friends. Please keep pets off the beds, comforters, and sofas to avoid extra cleaning or replacement fees if bedding, towels, carpets, or furniture are stained, chewed, or covered in heavy fur. We’ve provided a vacuum, broom, and dustpan for any fur or spills—just be sure to unclog the vacuum if needed. If you bathe your pet in the shower, please collect and dispose of any hair so it doesn’t clog the drain. Being able to walk one block to the Peoples Co-Op and get the best groceries, hit up Kaiserhoff for some authentic Bavarian food and brews, then saunter down to the beach for the most beautiful sunsets imaginable, you just can't beat it. And we're less than 5 minutes from Sea World ;)

I love this home, the 2 Tempurpedic King beds, dedicated office with external monitor, and the unique kitchen layout with 2 ovens and the private side yard with the lemon tree and grill, and outdoor dining capabilities
