Our beautiful lakefront retreat is the ideal destination for your next family vacation or reunion! This spacious home features 5 bedrooms and 4 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, and a theater room with surround sound. The recreation room boasts Shuffle Board, Golden Tee Video Golf, yoga mats, and even some light weights. Outdoors, you'll find a variety of activities to enjoy, including fishing, swimming, and kayaking. We also offer a swim pad, a power awning for shade on the dock, a fire pit with chairs, extra beach towels, corn hole, and more!

The place was great as was the host. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the home. The kitchen was wonderful and worked well for our extended family. It was a warm Christmas week which permitted us to enjoy the comfortable deck furniture and the view of the lake. Would definitely return.

The house is gorgeous with plenty of space for our whole family for a holiday getaway! The kids (and adults) loved the downstairs bar/theatre/game space. We also loved the fire pit and that we could use the kayaks. The sunset views were perfect. The host was communicative and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home, perfect place to spend quality time with family. Everyone had a wonderful time. We did not have any issues and the host was very kind and called to may sure the early arrival of mayflies were not taking over. Just book it, you will love it!!!!

Great place

We stayed here for spring break. This is an excellent property and very relaxing. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit, fishing off the dock and just hanging out enjoying the views.

We have been staying in Eatonton on lake oconee or Sinclair for the last 3 years, in search of a home our whole family fits in comfortably and enjoys equally. THIS IS IT! Third time is a charm and we are already discussing dates for next July! The house was fantastic, so clean, and had everything we could possibly need plus more! (The kids kayaks were a hit too!)

We have been going to Lake Sinclair for 12 years now. We have rented condos and houses. This house has been our favorite. It is set up perfectly with the 2 floors. We have teenagers and they had their on floor with a shuffleboard game and movie theater. The house was very clean and had a wonderful view of the lake. Everything looked brand new. The beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever experienced in a rental. We will be booking this again for next summer!

This was our first time at Lake Sinclair. We had a great time! There was plenty of room for our large family. Beautiful view and location. A little further from a larger grocery store than we would have liked but we knew that going in. The house with all the amenities made up for it. Beds were extremely comfortable in all the rooms. Large living area upstairs! Ground level area with large game/theatre rooms with extra bedrooms downstairs gave us a lot of room to spread out. The fenced in back yard was a great bonus to keep the little ones from venturing to the water. The older kids had a blast on the kayaks. We will definitely be back.

Best vacation ever

The house was beautiful on the inside. There was plenty of room for a large family. Our family loved spending many hours out on the dock and riding the kayaks. The water in the lake was good also.

Lake house retreat

This Lake house is very nice and has plenty of room. Communication with the owner/property manager was very easy and they made sure that everything was perfect for us. Would love to come back in the summer months to fully enjoy the lake. I highly recommend this place. You won't be disappointed.

14 years ago, my wife and I decided to bring our four children, their spouses, and our six grandchildren together for a summer vacation. That’s when we discovered Lake Sinclair! We had the most incredible time, and it was then that we decided to purchase a home on the water. Now, we also get to share this beautiful spot with families like yours!

We knew that finding the perfect property would bring joy to our family and others! Large homes suitable for a family of our size were hard to come by. But when we walked into this home, we immediately fell in love with it all—the magical lake view, the home's layout, its size, and so much more!

Finding a vacation home that could accommodate our large and active family was always a challenge. Many homes had beds for twelve people, but there wasn't much room to relax without stepping all over each other. Paradise Pointe, however, has it all—five spacious bedrooms, four full baths, a fenced yard, a game room, a theater room, a boathouse and dock, a fire pit, and more! It truly is the perfect place for a family vacation. We want you to enjoy your stay both indoors and outdoors, so we've had the yard treated with Mosquito Guard. While nothing can eliminate all mosquitoes, we believe you'll find our back porch, back deck, and yard much more enjoyable because of this treatment. As hosts we take great pride in some of the extra touches we provide to make your stay more enjoyable
