Absolutamente fantástico lago casa con grandes vistas al agua. Venga a disfrutar de todo lo que el hermoso Lago Oconee tiene para ofrecer. Muelle de aguas profundas perfecto para nadar, pescar y pasear en bote. Casa completamente renovada con dos salas de estar separadas. Arriba, la vida tiene una gran cocina abierta con vistas al lago. Cuatro amplios dormitorios y tres baños sin escalones. Dos master suites con camas king size y baños contiguos. Dormitorio de matrimonio con literas y dormitorio adicional con cama de matrimonio. Gran terraza y porche cubierto con hermosas vistas al lago. ¡Nada mejor que las mañanas en el porche! El nivel de la terraza tiene un dormitorio queen y baño privado, TV de pantalla plana, sala de juegos con mesa de billar y vistas al lago. Tres habitaciones con baño en total. Gran patio llano para juegos en el patio y una parrilla de gas al aire libre para cocinar. Pasarela de hormigón a la cubierta junto al lago con mesa y sillas. Casa se encuentra en el extremo sur del lago tranquilo. Convenientemente ubicado a 15 minutos del centro histórico de Eatonton. A 20 minutos de restaurantes y tiendas.

Tub in bedroom off living room drains slowly and fill with water when showering.Toilet innards in main bathroom off living room needs to be replaced.The new appliances are gorgeous.The new carpet is lovely.A light on the ceiling fan in the living room would be useful. It was cold so we moved the table and chairs on the deck into the living room to play games and we could never get enough light.John, the host, was very approachable and responded quickly to any need we had.We will be back!

This lakefront home provided the perfect get-together for friends coming from different states. The home was very clean, well stocked for every need, and beautifully decorated with spacious bedrooms for every couple. The large table inside accommodated fun games while the table on the deck was perfect for enjoying our meals outside with a view. The pool table downstairs was enjoyed by some while we all had a great time exploring the lake by kayaks and the paddle board that were available.Our days started with watching the sun come up over the lake and we had the perfect ending with s’mores cooked over the fire pit on our own private little beach. The host, John, is responsive and easy to work with. We enjoyed our experience so much, we felt this could be a place to come back to for future annual gatherings.

This property has alot to offer for all ages. Had a variety of age groups and there is something for everyone. The property is quiet and peaceful, has a variety of water crafts and life jackets for all sizes. The layout of the house is ideal with 3 master suites, a bunk room and add'l queen bdrm. Kitchen/living area is laid out to accommodate large groups, dining or patio dining is large. watching the sun rise over the lake is a great way to start your day.

Excellent vacation stay! Beautiful lake view

The check in and check out was quite simple and we found all of our needs were met in the kitchen and in the house. The house is very well appointed with beds that are comfortable and all clean linens and towels. We really enjoyed our stay.

Stunning property, great place for multi-generational family vacation. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might possibly need. The entire home/property is super clean. John is a super host and readily available. Loved all the water sports equipment. We have wonderful memories of exploring the lake, the private beach is amazing with little ones. Walking in the woods close by was apart of our daily routine.There is a little convenience store close by but otherwise bring all your food/supplies unless you don’t mind driving.

Great place to stay. Sunday check out should be 1pm

Great experience. Awesome to be close to the dam and plenty of space to dock your boat. Property clean and as expected. All trash needs to be packed out by renter. Easy to do, the dump station is on the way out of neighborhood. However, it would be great if check out on Sunday was 1pm instead of 11am to align with garbage dump facility.

Great Time

My family along with 2 of my college buddies families got together for a great long weekend. The property was perfect and had plenty of room. Beautiful Getaway

What a beautiful home and community. This is a great place to enjoy the beauty of nature. The owners provided kayaks, which we enjoyed very much. The property also has a private beach. We enjoyed the sunrises off the large porch off the back. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and had basic spices. They also provided all the ingredients for smores- which was such a sweet treat. It has two primary suites, both with their own bath and both with a great view of the water. The owner was quick to communicate, which was very appreciated. I would stay again. This is an excellent place if you are wanting to get away from it all and relax in a quiet community.

A great time on Lake Oconee

We had a great time during our week at this property. The house was spacious and clean, and the quiet cove was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 5 kids. The sandy beach access to the lake was a huge plus for our mobility challenged daughter and older guests. We enjoyed using the provided kayaks and paddleboard, and rented a boat for a couple days that we were able to conveniently dock at the house overnight. We also caught a few small fish off the dock using worms that we bought at the gas station just down the road. The house was nicely furnished, and the kitchen was well stocked. The house is 20-25 minutes from groceries and restaurants, you have to haul off your own trash, and a couple of the king mattresses were a bit hard, but no complaints other than that. John is very responsive and answered all questions promptly!

Perfect Summer Lake House

The house is awesome and a great location for family summer lake life. We rented a boat for cruising and family tubing and the house location along with the dock was perfect for these outings! Plenty of room for family and friends get away!
