Take the Bay Shores Yacht & Tennis club elevator up to the 6th floor and enter your newly remodeled, 1050 square feet, 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo with a large private balcony that includes a new King memory foam mattress, Air conditioning / Heating (68-80 degrees). Enjoy sunrise to sunset panoramic water views. Building amenities include a heated pool and hot tub, outdoor grills and Tiki hut, lighted tennis and pickleball courts, 4 hole putting green, shuffleboard, picnic tables, fishing pier, first come boat docks, 8th floor Sun deck, 4th floor laundry, the Gulf white sand beach a 3-minute walk away!

Please note that the entire building will begin a common area walkway painting/refurbishing in January 2026. There may be noise associated with this project during daytime hours and possible temporary balcony and pool restrictions. Our rates have been updated to reflect this situation. Please contact us with any questions.

Everything was great. The host communicated often and provided everything we needed. There is a lot of equipment and useful pool and beach gear available. When something was not usable in the home they immediately sent replacement. The layout and decor were lovely. The balcony has a very peaceful view. The walk to the beach is very close, just across the street with a safe crosswalk. There's a distant view of the ocean from the kitchen window as well.

Great Family Trip

We had a great time and the place was convenient to the beach and other activities. Tammy and Scott checked on us to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The condo had beach supplies and anything you would need. I even broke the coffee carafe as we were packing up, I texted them and they were very understanding and had a new one delivered the next day.

Relaxing beach vacation

What a beautiful and well appointed condo. Tammy and Scott are thoughtful hosts who made sure everything was perfect for our stay. They have thought of everything someone needs while on vacation and have supplied it from beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and even a wagon to get back and forth from the beach. We were pleasantly surprised to find a basket of goodies on our arrival. Also, they are very easy to get in touch with if you have any questions or concerns. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect Spring Break

We could not have been happier with our stay. The condo was as pictured/described. Scott was an incredible communicator - I knew I didn't even need to put my phone down after I messaged him as he would respond so quickly. Coffee maker wasn't working early in the stay, and he had one shipped to us before 3:00 the same day. How many other hosts would do the same? Between a simple quick walk to the beach to the dolphins off the balcony, we couldn't have been more happy with our Spring Break trip. Thank you!

Amazing condo that has everything!

We stayed at Tammy and Scott’s condo in Indian Shores for our spring break, the moment we walked I. The door we were welcomed with a basket of goodie’s! The condo is updated, clean, and in our opinion, in the perfect spot! It’s right in the intercostal, which my boys loved since they could fish all day if they wanted and just a short walk across the parking lot and across the street to the beach! We were happily surprised that the condo had everything from fishing poles, beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas and everything in between! The condo had plenty of space for our three boys 10-15 yrs old and plenty of beds for them. The master bed was very comfortable and the boys said the beds they slept on were comfortable as well, even the the one that chose to sleep on the pullout couch bed slept well, even though he could’ve slept in the room with three beds, he wanted his own space. Scott and Tammy had great communication from the min we had a question before we booked until we got home from the trip! I usually don’t leave reviews but I felt this condo deserved an honest review from a normal family of five! We would definitely stay here again!Also, all of the residents of the building were so friendly and treated us like family from day one! We can’t say enough about how happy we were with our week stay and this condo! Thanks again Scott and Tammy!

Great place loved everything!

Love everything about our stay at BSYTC, everthing need as in beach chairs & umbrellas, tennis rackets and balls, putting clubs and ball etc.Host Scott & Tammy were great, just one example we asked if there were any binoculars there response was no but that was a great idea, so they had some shipped same day.. 10 out of 10 stay here if you can.

Endless summer 🐬

We absolutely loved our trip to the condo. It is our third time and it is always a lot of pleasure and rest !!! Near the beautiful beach, tennis courts, pool, everything to make a wonderfull vacation! The condo is well equiped and offers all you need. Very clean. Thank you Tammy and Scott!

Fabulous Condo

Scott and Tammy are amazing host. We arrived with a welcoming basket and a nice card. The place was well equipped with beach chairs, towels and everything you need for the beach. We watched dolphins from our balcony. The roof top view of the gulf and bay is amazing. We were able to do our laundry before we headed home. The neighbors are very friendly helped us load our luggage in the car as we were backing up to leave for the airport. We walked to the Gulf of Mexico daily 3 min or less walk. There is a place to wash sand of feet before you head back to the condo. The beds are very comfortable. Scott recommended some place to eat. We gave them a try and were very happy. The pool and hot tub are very nice also we spent some time in them also. They offer grills in the pool area if you would like to eat at the condo. There is a covered seating in the pool area if you need some shade. Scott also provided us with an app to rent baby cribs and high chairs for the little ones. That was very helpful. Scott and Tammy went above a beyond to make sure our stay was a 5 star. We will definitely be returning. You will love your stay here. Thank you.

Indian Shores Condo

The stay was just as described in the listing. Communication with the host was frequent and extremely helpful. Pool, tennis and pickleball courts recently updated and in immaculate condition. Gulf/beach access was very convenient. Sunrise over intercoastal and sunset over gulf views were amazing. Would definitely look to stay again next year!

Super Stocked Beach Location

This was the perfect property for our family getaway. The condo was very clean and the location was perfect for a short walk to the beach. The beach wagon and accessories were an unexpected surprise. Great views with relaxing mornings and evenings overlooking the water from the balcony. Any questions I had were responded to immediately throughout the entire process. The condo community was also very nice and welcoming of our family. We would definitely stay there again.

Spring Break 2024

I can’t say enough about this rental and its hosts. From the gift basket waiting for us, to the completely stocked kitchen/bathrooms, they thought of everything! Hosts checked in often to see if we needed anything and to keep us updated on pool renovations (pool was completed while we were there and was amazing). Hosts had great recommendations for dinners and activities. There is a mini golf place nearby that the kids had a blast playing at. I have zero complaints! Highly recommend both the complex and the owners! We will be back!

Lots of extras

This condo is prepared to help you have fun. There are lots of items to use at the beach, rackets for tennis or Pickleball and fishing poles to use on the deck. Need a break from the sun there are games, puzzles and books. Great place to enjoy a Florida vacation!

Very well maintained place. All the little things were there: iced pack for the beach, towels, beach chairs, ombrellas…felt like home. Very handfull beach buggy. Quick responses from the owner. One of the best rentals ever had. The views are stunning (front balcony sitting sun and rear balcony rising sun with dolphins). Quiet and peacefull place.

Spring break

Scott was a great host, making sure we had everything we needed to make it a great week. The amenities were top notch! My boys always had something to do. The tv wasn’t turned on once the whole week! The beautiful weather helped too. I wish we could return but they only rent by the week and we will be staying in the area longer next time. But if you are looking for a seven nights stay, I would highly recommend this place and these hosts. It was great!!

Great stay!

Condo complex is quiet and nice for families. Scott and Tammy provided many extras and are very responsive to any need. We enjoyed watching the dolphins and playing pickle ball. Overall a great stay!

Great Experience

We have a great vacation at this rental! The location is nice and quiet and we really enjoyed the pool. The unit was very nice and had all the beach supplies we needed to go to the beach across the street. We loved walking to the beach, walking to coffee shop, grilling at the property and relaxing at the pool. Scott was a great communicator and made everything easy and made sure we had what we needed.

Fantastic beach getaway

I'm sure anyone would be happy staying at this updated, nice and clean condo. Everything was provided for from beach accessories to fishing poles and games. Close to beach accesses, restaurants and shopping. The large balcony facing the intercoastal waterway is especially relaxing and enjoyable. Just Awesome!

We highly recommend this condo. It is nicely updated, comfortable & well equipped. Beautiful intercoastal views right outside the living room and bedroom, with the visit of occasional dolphins. The owners are easy to communicate with and super friendly/helpful. Such relaxing property, also centrally located to beaches and lots of other activities. Highly recommend!

Quick walk to the beach

We loved our quick walk to the beach everyday. The unit was clean and the best part was being able to see some dolphins. We were able to communicate well to the owners as well.

We love this location, on the intracoastal and 3 minute walk to the beach! Coffee, restaurants, general store are walking distance. Stroll the white sands beach any time of day. In addition, there is a trolley stop right in front of the property.
