Come and enjoy a beach vacation at our recently renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath condo on a private beach! The condo has a full kitchen, spacious living room and dinning room. Each bedroom has a TV and the living room. There is cable and WI-FI. Condo has the ability to sleep 10 people with the sofa couch. There is an onsite coin laundry room located right outside of the condo along with the elevator and trash chute. Directly outback of the condo property is the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and beach! This condo has a window view of the street but within minutes you are walking onto the private beach and enjoying the views! Minutes to delicious restaurants and bars. Enjoy miles of white sandy beach and everything the ocean has to offer! *** The condo has 1 designated parking spot in the parking garage, we can only guarantee 1 parking spot at the condo. *** Separate Rental property on site has limited guest parking passes. Directly across the street is a brand new meter parking lot that can be used for any additional parking, or public parking away from the condo. There is a beach wagon, umbrellas and beach toys provided. There are rental cabanas on the beach for $35 a day through a rental agency. All linens are provided as well. Condo also a pack’n’play. **there is no balcony or ocean view**

Our family loved staying in this condo only steps away from the beach. The room was close proximity to the elevator and laundry. This was nice as there were 10 of us and we needed to use both frequently. The condo had a fully equipped kitchen for all our meal prep needs. There were lots of fun restaurants and stores near by. Our host was great. Excellent communication. Checking in and out was very easy.

We had a great time! The property is just as described! We were not able to control the thermostat and it did get a little muggy but coming from Pennsylvania to Florida in December. The weather was great so we didn't really mind. The passcodes also need to be updated for a few doors. They were wrong on check in sheet but other guests helped with that so it worked out. The beach is right there and absolutely beautiful!! We had a great stay thank you so much!!

Loved the beach where the condo is located. Convenient location to restaurants, etc. Plenty of space for our group. Older building but condo in good shape. Had everything you could want for the beach in the closets.

Good stay

The pool, beach, and location are wonderful! The condo is very spacious and the hosts were responsive to all our needs. The largest complaint was there is no balcony/outdoor condo space.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay. Weather was beautiful, kids loved the pool and beach. Very convenient being that close to the water. Also enjoyed watching the sunsets each night from the beach.

Condo had everything you could need, even beach gear!!!! The only thing I wish we had was a place to hang wet bathing suits/towels as we didn’t want to get the carpets wet in the bedrooms. Check in/out was easy, the condo was clean and nicely decorated. Our van is oversized so we had to park outside the approved spot but it wasn’t a big deal. The sunset was amazing! Highly recommend this condo; we plan to return!

Close to the beach

Overall this was a comfortable accommodation. Very basic, nothing extravagant. Nice warm pool, great location, and easy beach access. Lots of kids for our teens to hang out with. Very nice owners who were readily available to answer any questions.

Lovely stay, great for groups

This property is very nice. Spacious with nice amenities. The owners were extremely helpful and really care about providing a great experience for their guests. If you had to quibble and find issue with the property, the toilets do not flush very well, but again, that's if you're really looking for an issue. Otherwise, it's clean, quiet, and well set up for a group of people to enjoy

Spacious condo on a powder white sand beach

Our stay in Indian Shores was perfect. The condo was large with seating for 8 or so in the living room, all the beds were comfortable, and everything was completely clean when we arrived. The host provide beach accessories (chairs, umbrellas, etc.). The condo also has kitchen basics (coffee, filters, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil). The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and a toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Parking was free and simple. The ocean is shallow for a long way out and seemed perfect for playing/swimming. All in all, a 5 star experience that I would return to.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Nice to be right on the beach and walking distance to a lot of food/stores. Great communication with owners. Wish master bedroom had a cable TV. Ice maker on fridge was not working, but there was a note about that. They had beach supplies and we left a chair, boogie board and rackets for the next vacationers to use. Could use some more shower towels, but we just did a lot of washing. Very convenient to laundry room & elevator. We found it much quicker and easier to use stairs as there is only one elevator for the whole unit.

The beach is beautiful with very easy access from the building, the adjacent swimming pool is very nice, and the assigned covered parking is great. We were disappointed that the unit had neither a beach view nor a balcony. There are a few light bulbs that need to be replaced, and we couldn't get the TV remote in the living room to work. Otherwise the appliances worked fine.

Indian Shores Let Down

There were some good and some not so good things with this Indian Shores condo. First the good: Amanda and Hunter were very responsive and addressed the concerns we had same day which was appreciated. The condo itself is roomy with large rooms and plenty of space that can accommodate entire families. If you are a beach person, which my wife and I are, the fact that you are on a beautiful beach within a few yards of exiting the facility is a huge plus. As for the not so good: There were several lights with either missing bulbs or with bulbs burnt out that had to be replaced, plus lighting through entire condo minimal at best. The condo looked like it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly in quite some time. There is little to no place to store food in the kitchen area and minimal dishes, pots and pans, or glassware(Had to buy pans). Had to have owners come and reclean toilet areas due to some type of black dust accumulations on the floor. Lastly, the new interior court lighting is very bright and basically made it impossible to use two of the three bedrooms as the new lighting prevents these rooms from being dark enough to get a good nights sleep so new, room darkening window coverings will be needed. We realize now that the entire facility had been shut down for several months and that we were the first renters in this unit following said shutdown. No major issues just many little items than could probably have been avoided with a quick walk through before renting unit out.

Tim, Thank you for your honest review! We have since found a new cleaning company because the last one was unsatisfactory when we asked them to do a walkthrough before your stay. As for the bright lighting in the court yard we have reach out to the condo association to see what can be done about this! Thank you again for your stay!
