Place with a lot of amenities and privacy

Very nice place. A traditional Spanish style home with some history. Rumors has it Babe Ruth owned it and had some good time there for sure.

Maria was a wonderful host with a stunning property. She was very responsive in her communications and gave us a personal tour of the property upon check in. We had a family dinner and professional photographs taken for my mother's birthday and could not have found a better property. Each of the four bedrooms has it's own bathroom and kitchenette, which was perfect for my mom and her sisters, some visiting from out of state, to all sleep under one roof just like when they were little girls. Maria even gifted us a bottle of homemade Lemoncello, which was so delish! We will will definitely be renting from Maria again!

Exquisite Property and Host

I rented this gorgeous home for family to stay and to hold my mother’s funeral reception. The property is incredible—well decorated, fantastically equipped, and charmingly beautiful. I can’t say enough about Maria as a host. Warm, attentive, and responsive at all times. I can’t recommend this property and host highly enough!

Beautiful, Homey Getaway

This was a “staycation” for my friends and I and it was more than perfect. Beds were comfortable, towels were soft…we made a large dinner for everyone and the house had everything and more to accommodate. Thank you so much for having us!

Awesome Weekend

Outstanding accommodations, great location, plenty of indoor and outdoor space, extremely clean with a relaxing atmosphere and good neighbors. Most of all a very gracious owner and property manager. A+ experience, highly recommend this property.

Stetson College of Law Graduation 2025

Our event was the graduation ofOur son from law school and needed a location near the school, 4 beds 4 baths, enough room to accommodate a celebration lunch for the family afterwards. This beautiful historic home fit the bill beyond anything I could have imagined.

Amazing trip

The place was out of a movie! Beautiful decor with tons of character. Very spacious and a great area outside for gatherings. Maria was always available and did everything in her power to make our stay lovely. She rocks!

Great home, great host

I hosted my sister's baby shower here and the home was the perfect size for the party if 35. I barely had to decorate because the house is so beautiful! Maria was responsive and very friendly. It was an excellent experience!

Graduation celebration

We were in town with 3 generations to celebrate a college graduation. The house was perfect for all the family-plenty of space to be together and private space as well. The owner was very helpful during our stay. The house has everything you might need-down to lint rollers and qtips in each bathroom. It’s a beautiful, historic space.

Amazing!

My bridesmaids and I stayed here the night before our wedding, and all of us plus our moms got ready for our wedding at the VRBO. It had amazing spaces for photos, for laughs, and for celebrating! The whole space was incredibly clean and beautiful, and very lovely! The host was so gracious and communicative as well. We would love to stay again when we need a staycation. Thank you again so much!!

The property is absolutely AMAZING!!! From the communication with the property owner to the rain falling on the roof aiding me to sleep, there is not enough that could be said! Every bedroom had a king size bed and its own private kitchenette/nook. The beds were extremely comfortable and allowed for privacy. My family and I slept well, ate well around the large congregation area, celebrated each other in the "home-away-from-home" living area, and took tons of pictures to remember outside within the beautiful landscape. The hostess is so pleasant and patient, she made the decision all worth the while. So, if there's any doubt, push it aside and book this for a STAY TO REMEMBER 3

Perfection

Absolutely beautiful home. Super clean, smelled amazing, decorated tastefully with interesting art pieces and live plants galore. Inside and out it was everything we needed to relax and enjoy family time during a weekend wedding. Close to everything but like your own sanctuary hidden away. Best VRBO experience I’ve ever had. No negatives!

One of a kind getaway

This house had lovely rooms and furnishings, decorated elaborately and very stylish. Each room had its own bar area and the bathrooms had great supplies. The owner put a lot of detail in to ensure it was stocked with what’s needed. The outdoor area is also perfect for gathering and relaxing. I would stay here again!

Amazing Wedding Venue

We rented this property for our very last minute wedding and it came out perfect. We couldn’t have chosen a better location yo share with friends and family. Maria was a great host and had everything we needed and/or forgot (like steamers in each bathroom). We are grateful for the charm and history all over the house!

Gorgeous , Cozy, Clean, and Comfortable

This is the BEST rental home we have ever stayed. We were greeted by Maria, the owner, upon arrival; who is very pleasant. Maria showed us around the house, provided us with her contact information, and ensured we had every thing we needed to enjoy our stay. The renovations to the home are spectacular. Everything is meticulous. Each bedroom has an en-suite bath and are spacious. There is plenty of dining, sitting, and kitchen space for everyone to enjoy and have enough room to move around. The decor is phenomenal giving each room a cozy, at home feel. The outdoor seating provides enough space for everyone to either enjoy television on the veranda or sit in the open patio. Maria thought of EVERYTHING to ensure her guests were comfortable. We will definitely book this home again during our next visit to St. Petersburg. Thank you Maria for being a gracious host.

Excellent Alll Around!

If you book this home you will NOT be disappointed. We were greeted by Maria, the owner of the Home. She was extremely nice and the home is impeccable. My big concern with staying in someone's home is mostly around the beds....but these beds are wonderful! Nice and firm! The outside patio area were fantastic and were very useable even in June in St. Pete! Nice and shady! Maria has done a fabulous job renovating this home, yet managing to maintain the its charm. Even the towels were plush! Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

The most amazing house I have ever rented

Maria is absolutely the most wonderful host you could ask for. She was so kind and made our stay a dream. She had no problems with checking in early, and even had homemade limoncello as a gift. The house as perfect for a large group and has several beautiful hang out spots. Also located about 15 min between the beach and downtown, which makes it super accessible. Maria encouraged us to make the house our own and had no problems with a group of 10 celebrating. We will absolutely come back and would HIGHLY recommend this house to anyone looking for stay in the St Pete area.
